Everything about this makes your handwriting neat
This is by far my favourite biro. Everything about it makes your handwriting neat, and as a result you can write smaller. This means that your notes take up less space on a page and your notes are more compact. The pen itself is triangular-shaped (most other pens are circular), and the triangular-shape makes it so much easier to hold and I think this is one of the main reasons why your handwriting looks nicer. It is just such a lovely pen. The ink flows as though it's a gel pen, but surprisingly it is a biro. When I write using another pen and compare my handwriting, there is a noticeable difference. I highly recommend you buy this pen. I always make sure one's in my handbag. The inner barrell can also be pulled out of the plastic casing and when you hold the inner barrell against a light bulb, you can see how much ink is remaining. All in all, a lovely pen.

Love these pens.
Write smoothly, onnly a soft touch to the paper needed. Nice grip, feel to the pen when useing it. Ink flows easily even in area where sweat from your skin has touched the paper, other pen inks have trouble sometimes writing over areas where you have leaned on the paper. Beautiful writer.

Ah! real ink joy - great assortment of pens
I use Paper Mate Ink joy pens a lot and for most everyday tasks. They have been a favourite of mine, since I first discovered them. They are widely available in single or assorted colour packs and in several nib sizes. I like the 1.0mm size for general use because this size helps to improve the look of my writing style. It can look a bit spidery with very thin nibs.I brought this pack to share with my partner as we were both in need of some new ones. At a smidge over £5 for 27 pens I was delighted. My partner wanted the red pens and colours in particular. I have taken most of the blue and black pens and one or two colours. Everyone is happy so what is not to like.In my experience these pens last a long time and the ink flows smoothly. They have a good shelf life and do not easily jam. This is an economical way to buy them so if this assortment suits your needs you would be on to a winner. Deep (Ink) joy, great pens at a good price.

Great for Writing and Sketching – Reliable & Versatile
These ballpoint pens are perfect for everyday writing tasks as well as drawing or sketching. The ink flows smoothly, providing a consistent writing experience that’s perfect for note-taking or filling out forms. The fine point creates clear, neat lines, and the ink dries quickly, so there’s no smudging – great for left-handed writers!I’ve also used them for sketching and I’m impressed with how well they work for detailed line work. They’re great for adding fine lines and precision to drawings, whether for shading or outlining. While they aren’t as fluid for softer shading compared to gel pens, they excel for intricate detail and cross-hatching.The pens are comfortable to hold for long periods, with a solid, balanced design that doesn’t cause hand fatigue. They last a decent amount of time before needing to be replaced, which makes them great value for the price.Overall, a great set of pens for artists who enjoy using ballpoints for their drawings.

You need these pens in your life!
These pens are the BEST! I'll not use other brands unless absolutely necessary. They write smoothly and beautifully and are very bold colours. As a teacher, they improve the marking process!! You need these pens!

As someone else wrote: the blackest ink ever
Finally found a 0.7mm pen that doesn't end up looking gray like most of the others. Lovely deep, true black color and glides like butter. Very pleased

Stick to blues and blacks
I love ink joy, I always keep one on my desk. I thought I'd try the multicoloured version to bring some life into my planner, but was a little disappointed. The blues and blacks I've always used were fantastic quality and great value - the ink ran smooth as butter with little to no ink blots and inconsistencies. But the multicoloured pack was very hit and miss. Some pens were perfect, and others (over a third of them) performed very inconsistently. Lines come out in varying thickness, ink randomly leaves blots on the paper or just doesn't flow at all, and the pens can feel scratchy to write with. In fact, a few of them (eg. The greens and light blue) are just downright awful. They feel like those cheap, barely working gel pens you'd get free from magazines as a kid.Overall, I was a bit let down by this product. Blue ink joys will still be my favourite cheap desk pen, but I won't be purchasing any more multicoloured ones unless they fix them. Also, I'd prefer if they swapped the brown with perhaps a violet, turquoise, or other bright colour. I personally don't find brown very useful in a set of pens designed to bring more life into your notes. But that's only me nitpicking. The lack of quality in this set is why it lost 2 stars.Yeah, just stick to the good old blues and blacks and ink joy is still great.
