I first bought these after they were recommended to take during my three month long candida cleanse. I like the fact that they are not synthetic. Vitamin E in it's natural form is so much easier for the body to process and use. This is more expensive than most E supplements but you get what you pay for and these are well worth it. This is my second bottle now.

Seems to be a good quality product that as a good track record. includes all components of vitamin E and not the synthetic. Synthetic Vitamin E is dangerous to the body

Carlson Labs E-Gems are high quality softgels. I like that the container is dark to protect the softgels from light degradation. This item was received well packaged, and I was very pleased to see the expiration date was a full 22 months after purchase date. Too often you get supplements via mail order that have short exipration dates.

I like all Carlson vitamins which seem to be a value for the money and promptly delivered.

I would love to give this product a five star but my only fault with this product is that it is using Soy which is really not really a healthy product and the fact that it is not even noted of non GMO Soy. I think if their researchers would to more research on how most people feel about the soy products sold to us in the store, they would change the shell to extra virgin olive oil or veggie. I found out about this product in Dr. Sherry Rogers book and I like the fact that they make it with all eight of the E factors that our body need...but I am not happy about the soy. however, I would still recommend this product provided it's the only soy that is being used on a daily basis.

It's a pleasure to be able to buy them online as it was less expensive than the local vitamin store. E Gems Elite is the best vitamin E that you can buy. It is a bit expensive, but vitamin E is important so I try to buy the best. I received the Carlson vitamin E quickly and am very happy with it.

For Vitamin E, this is the best one on the market. Don't be fooled by the cheap imitations. I looked all over the town I live in, and could not find one that was true Vitamin E. Had to purchase online. All the drugstores, supermarkets, and Walmart-type stores sold the imitation. Do your research and know what you are taking. This is the real stuff. Would definitely recommend.
