No support to aid sitting up
Terrible product! Does not help aid baby sit up! My baby is 7 months old, there is no sturdy support in the product at all, it’s filled with pillow filler! Baby fell to the side and straight back as there is insufficient support! Not happy as will cost too much to send back, so complete waste of money!

Omg this is chrap its so small looks like it for a doll it is definitely not worth £29. 99 I'm sending it back, I can't believe the seller think it worth that much jocker.

Not helpful for baby sitting up. Great customer service though.
I am returning this product, because it doesn’t support the baby sitting. The pillow is too soft and on the inside there is no support for the legs, so she keeps on falling on her sides or on her back.I have been refunded after my review and the customer service team has been very helpful. I also kept the pillow as sending it back was more expensive than the product. Grateful for their help, too bad I can’t really use the pillow, my baby loves the little monkey.

Very bad!
Nothing like the picture, not supportive at all, came all disfigured. Please can I have a refund, I am unable to return as have no label to send back

Not ideal for children who cannot sit up
Product looks really nice, but it isn’t ideal for a child who cannot sit up yet which it states promotes sitting up. My son was slouched to the side and uncomfortable and cried after less than a minute of being sat in it and he never cries unless he wants a feed.
