Do not buy!
Horrible Warranty. Too many points of failure. There is a chip in the armrest or something and if it fails, the keyboard is near useless. Highly do not recommend. Warranty... you have to send it to Germany or some place far.

INCREDIBLE keyboard. It is probably the most comfortable piece of gaming equipment I have ever gotten next to my Kone XTD. The wrist rest is absolutely amazing. I find that with a lot of keyboards, not having the writs rest causes strain on my wrists, and puts annoying/itchy marks on my hands and arms from sharp corners. The wrist rest is large enough to support my hands perfectly. The lighting is great, but could be better. The processor in the keyboard is fairly decent, but it does bug out some times when doing lots of lighting changing. They keys work flawlessly, and the caps are very nice to the touch. Now for a couple of complaints. The 3 thumbster keys are slightly hard to push. They require a little leverage from my left hand to actually push, making it difficult when also trying to move my character with WASD. Like most macros that are not in direct range of your WASD hand position, I don't reccomend setting any important macros that require fast activation. The biggest complaint I have, and a reoccuring issue I see constantly with this product is the LED's. Only after a month of use, the F10 key LED has already died. The customer support was quick, and I am getting it replaced soon, but it is annoying having to deal with this problem.

Impressed
Really impressed with keyboard quality and like the brown switches. If you are unsure of which switch type to purchase or not experienced with mechanical keyboards, browns may be a good choice. Where some don't like reds for typing, or blues for gaming and excessive clicking noise. Browns are somewhere in the middle balancing typing and gaming without being loud.I liked the lighting setup and functionality out of the box. I'm only installing the software to program the thumb keys. The software is quite good. It's a small size program, well designed and reliable. I'm impressed enough with the quality that I'm looking into other products from this company.

I bought this to replace an old Microsoft keyboard that has the letters worn off many of the keys from years of use. I hoped to upgrade to a cherry brown mechanical keyboard with backlighting to give me a little more tactile feel and be able to see keys when I don't have the lights on in the room. I found out that, while the basic keyboard does work, the software does not recognize the keyboard when it is connected to my IOGEAR KVM. It defeats the purpose to have a fancy, programmable keyboard if none of that works through my KVM. I need the KVM more than the bells and whistles. I guess I'll have to try a different one until I find one that works.

surprisingly good build quality
surprisingly good build quality. it's quite a bit heavier than average keyboards, despite taking up far less desk space than others. i didn't think i was going to like this keyboard much because of the wide wrist/palm rest business that's not removeable, but after having used this device for a few weeks; the palm-rest doesn't actually bother me at all. it's either perfectly comfortable or benign. i don't notice it really. i do have a couple minor complaints about this device, of course. one of the main reasons i decided to get one of the ROCCAT keyboards was because of the little group of extra buttons located near the space bar. i thought it would benefit me to have a few more options available to my thumb during games, because i only use it for space. while i can reach the buttons reasonably well, they are slightly difficult to press from the natural position i find my hand in during play. i sort of have to cut back and catch a more direct angle downward to use them. they're quite stiff like the buttons on an older alarm clock or maybe a vcr? so i don't actually use those for anything important now. probably the second most important feature that sold me was the fact that i have a really great mouse from ROCCAT which gains additional functionality when paired with a roccat keyboard or other device because of their integrating through the roccat software. in theory, i would have been able to press/hold a key on my keyboard to trigger the "easy-shift" function of my mouse, giving me a completely different key mapping while the button is held. that prospect really interested me, but unfortunately the software failed to deliver this function for unknown reasons. being a smaller, newish company, there is not a lot of information available for trouble-shooting any of their equipment which is kind of hard to forgive. i can overlook flaws and i can wait for updates and that's not a big problem for me, but i feel like these guys charge just as much as razer and other comparable brands for their hardware when they really shouldn't because their customer support and overall quality is a long, long way from being able to justify keyboards and mice near 100 USD and several others costing much more. i still use this keyboard, and i love their mouse that i had bought prior but the broken/missing major features really overshadowed the nice, robust build quality. the only way i would feel better about this keyboard and it's failure to deliver the advertised features is if i had paid far less money in order to be disappointed. i think this keyboard is probably worth fifty dollars because it has really nice, responsive, proprietary (if i remember correctly) mechanical keys that i really love. they're not obnoxiously loud, they're clicky and actually resist your finger pressure in a nice way. they're much nicer than cherry mx switches; so hopefully they will hold up. the lighting effects are pretty janky and flicker erratically at times compared to the nice, smooth breathing effects and such on logitech or razer devices. that's not a huge issue for me personally, but i think many buyers appreciate the lighting and cosmetic features more than i do. for the majority of the time though, the lighting effects fade smoothly and only sometimes flicker or screw up. i like roccat's stuff and i predict that in a couple years or so, after some more development of their operation and experience as a company, they'll be pushing out some top shelf devices with really out-of-the-box feature concepts like with the Tyon/Leadr gaming mouse design. that damned mouse is so intuitive and almost perfect for what i do with it. i'm going to wait a while and hope that some software updates or the like will be able to alleviate some of my issues with their keyboard but i do not recommend this keyboard. i'd suggest getting a basic run-of-the-mill keyboard for a much lower price. the only thing that actually worked correctly, as far as major features go was the ability to remap nearly any and every key to whatever you like. i don't use it all that much, aside from moving my ALT key to an easier place and banishing the caps lock to a more remote location, but it does seem to work just fine.

Wow!!! best price/ratio ever
it feels very confortable and the build quality is high, it feels so premium, all metallic and anti-fingetip material, looks like very durable, just hoping the leds won't die.I'll be using for web development and casual gaming and i am using this right now to write the review!!!can't believe to have bought such high quality product for such price!

Good price, excellent keyboard.
This keyboard is a great keyboard. As this was my first mechanical keyboard I was not sure this would be fitting for me. The confort, hand laying and response are excellent. Still need to explore the macro editing, love the fact that it enables me to order command from my TYON mouse.

Keys are starting to go.
Bought this keyboard 14 months ago. Slick design, but the key are noisy when pressed and 2 of my keys are no longer lit up. I contacted the company and they simply did not address the issue. They referred me back to Amazon and being over 12 months, I suppose I'm out of luck.
