I found out its fund to either take a bite out of the gelatinized disc and chew on it during a long fast. It satisfies the need to chew something but keeps you on track with a true fast. They use organic ingredients. These are healthier than coffee any day. You'll feel calmed down but energized. Not bounced around like coffee and the resultant cortisol/insulin spikes. I make my own coffee. We have 'free' coffee at work. So since so many buy coffee out and about and I don't I rationalize the cost of this for many reasons. 1) product superiority; 2) convenience; 3) pureness; 4) taste; 5) portability; 6) health benefits. I have to say this was an experiment I'm glad I made. I'm hooked. I will figure this product into my budget for the future. Do not ever compromise your product for more sales. This is the most horrible tasting stuff I have ever put in my mouth. Do not buy it.

$20 for 4 servings is really pricey. You're supposed to just add hot water - good luck trying to get it out of the cup - it was hard and I couldn't even chip it out of the cup so had to put the whole thing in the hot water and then fish the cup out without burning myself. And the flavor was the blandest bone broth I have ever had. Do not recommend.

I suffer from digestive issues - mainly diverticulitis. When I have a flare up, I'm on clear liquids, sometimes for 1 - 2 weeks. This broth gives me protein to not feel like a wet noodle. It's delicious and nutritious! A new find. A little expensive, but worth it!

Love the taste - think I prefer their beef one, but it's a close call - they're both excellent. It's hard but kitchen scissors cut it easily.
