Is there a way to get these re-sticky? They worked brilliantly for the first year but have started falling off and now the sticky surface isn’t great.

Th surface my have become shiny. I would try cleaning the adhesive sucker with something like nail polish remover before fixing it.

Are these strong enough to hang bathrobes on

We have used this on a glass panel for the past year to hang a towel just outside the shower door. It has never fallen. Some of our towels are heavy so it should support a bath robe if securely attached to surface from the outset

Will this be able to handle the weight of a large towel for a long time?

That is difficult to answer - depends on what you are putting it on etc. What I can say is that these are the best I have used to stick to smooth surfaces and do stay on for quite a long time - they even stay on in my camper where nothing else worked....and easy to wash and put back on if they do eventually slip off
