Purchased the camera with high expectations. Camera was shipped quickly but when I tried to use it the battery would not hold a charge. I returned it for a replacement and the replacement proved to have the same issue. Now I will just get a refund and find something else. Too bad, it had some really good features. Would have liked to have tried it out at least.Update: Have decided to order a replacemen battery set with charger and give the camera a chance to prove itself. Will give an update once I've had a chance to use itUpdate: Replaced the battery with a new one that was fully charged. The problem is apparently in the camera. The new battery was drained rapidly and died within a couple of minutes so I am returning the camera and will look for a better model.

I was so excited to get this camcorder as a gift for my parents! And REALLY DISAPPOINTED that the battery does not hold a charge! It seems to be a complete waste of money because they haven't been able to use it for more than a few minutes. If I had realized that this before the return period was up, I would have returned it. So upset about this!

Very poor quality. I just received it yesterday and the screen has already messed up twice causing me the have to remove the battery to reset it. The power button doesn’t work. It’s supposed to automatically turn off when you close the screen but it doesn’t and now I can’t get it to turn off without removing the battery. The microphone picks up A LOT of static too. Returning immediately.

I'm very satisfied with this little camcorder, it is shotting smoothly and at 4K. Easy setup and comprehensive manual. Great image quality and night vision capability. I love to take it out and film New York city at night. Various shooting modes and features. I can view my videos through WIFI. Great for everyday use. Love it.

I have to return this product as it doesn’t hold a charge. At all. Super disappointed.

This product does not even stay on. Meaning, it doesn't work. I am not satisfied at all.
