Awesome flour!
The whole wheat bread was delicious. The crumb was more dense, didn’t crumble when cut, toasted well, taste was great. I sm so pleased with their flour I just purchased 25# of Whole Wheat flour and 25# of their 7 grain flour.

Great flour for bread machine recipies
I was given a used bread machine this year, and really got into baking my own breads. After trying several recipes using regular all-purpose flour, and generic store bought bread flour, I decided to try experimenting with good whole wheat flour. This flour is great tasting in bread and pizza crusts, I have used 3.5 lbs of it so far, over the past 4 months, so it will be time to reorder soon. It is definitely cheaper, healthier and more delicious than buying store bought bread.As it is a 100% whole wheat flour, it is a little trickier to bake with than white flour, and a couple of my first loaves came out flat and dense (but still tasted great). With a tiny bit of dehydrated milk powder or wheat gluten added to the dough, the bread turned out perfectly. And pizza crust is sooo good with this flour, and very easy to make. I have been eating great homemade pizza all the time.So glad I can eat delicious, healthy organic homemade bread every week!

Fantastic
I've been keeping this as a staple in my pantry for about a year now, and it's the best flour I've ever used. Not only does this make for delicious baked goods, but I've found that I have more energy and feel better when I'm eating bread made from it. I frequently substitute this flour into recipes that call for white flour; it works quite well if you add a little extra moisture or use half whole wheat, half white flour.If you're new to baking with whole wheat, please do keep in mind that it's not as stable as the standard all-purpose you may have grown up with. Keep it in an airtight container, and plan on using it up within a month or two after opening, so that the flour won't become bitter. You may want to keep it in the refrigerator, especially in summer. If you still have some around after a couple months, taste it before using; as I understand it, it's still safe to use if it's a little bitter, but you'll want to adjust the sweetener in your recipe accordingly, and eventually it does get to a point where no amount of sweetener can make it palatable.

All four bags arrived with a tiny hole
When I opened the box initially it was covered in flour- thought maybe i have nicked a bag somehow despite my caution. However upon checking over each bag i down a tiny hole in at the top where the back fold inward beneath the "ziplock" area. This was super inconvenient as I'm sure no one who purchases this is planning on using all this flour at once. Luckily I had some mylar bags on hand and was able to transfer the flour into some of those. The fact remains that every bag had a hole in it as did 2 bags of Rye flour i got from this same brand, which is greatly disappointing. On the flip side the flour makes wonderful breads.

Excellent Flour
This flour couldn't be better. I usually use about one third all purpose or bread flourd with it and it makes fantasic bread and cookies. With this flour I can make an excellent cookie without the guilt of something without the benefit of whole wheat. It pours excellent, tastes great, and comes with the health benefits of whole wheat and being organic. The cost is well worth it. If you're going to put in the time to make something at home, why not use the best stuff?

Best WW bread flour I have used to date
I can only buy Organic WW Flour in 1 lb bags in my new town ... seriously... 1 lb sack? So I took a chance on this. Best WW bread flour I have used to date. 16.67% protein by weight which with some kneading gives you a strong glutinous dough. For me, this gives me a flavorful, loaf with good loft... your mileage may vary

My sourdough starter loves it
I jumped on the sourdough bandwagon since covid. My starter loves this. The initial order I received was rye wheat, and when I notified the seller I immediately got a replacement. Great service, great product, great value.
