While this is not an exhaustive or definitive guide, this definitely has many experienced and learned biblical principles of being second, which are highly valuable! I also greatly appreciate the prospective from the leader observing the second in command.

Excellent read for those leading from the middle. It’s endearing, real and in some parts raw. Filled with wisdom and honor; a comprehensive guide to commitment without losing yourself.

Applies to all who are involved in some kind of chain of command. This book can help those at all levels work together for greater purposes.

I really didn't have any expectation, but I was pleasantly surprised that it offered such a vast amount of usable information. I recommend this book for any second in command who wants to become a stronger leader.

The content of the book is Awesome! Opens your mindset up and pushes you to go deep and a better understanding of your role and what God is looking for. The reason I rated it a 1star is published book I received from this date of purchase which was published December 2022 alignment is off and pictures cover some /most of the context. If the book was properly reviewed for errors this would have been a 5 star yet the quality of the publication is awful.

Well written and gives practical real life examples. I highly recommend this book for all those who serve under the Senior Pastor.
