These save SOOOOOOOO much space!!!!
I just can't give enough praises for DiscSox. I use both the CD and DVD covers. I have extensive collections of both mediums and they took up immense amounts of real estate in my home and these have made my life so much happier! I have over 500 of each and they allowed me to store them easily and compactly for over 5 years now. If you get really rough with them, they might tear a little, but tape fixes it easily. I think I have 2 that we got a little rough with during travel. You just pop the CD info out of the plastic CD case and it all slides into the DiscSox neatly. They have plastic dividers that you can write on with a sharpie and easily put the CD's into categories if you like. I use these fantastic clear plastic tall shoe box's from "The Container Store" to store my CD's and they hold around 85 CD's with some dividers, in each shoe box with the lid on. I have never had a CD scratched in these holders. They really are fantastic. The Discsox company even has travel pouches for the CD's you can buy separately. I love love love these!

Dunno what I’m gonna do if they stop making these!
I have been using these sleeves for over 20 years. I am approaching 1500 CDs in my collection, and storing them in a way that makes them accessible, but don’t require huge amounts of space, is a challenge! But these sleeves are perfect for my needs. They save in a perfectly protected manner, just without the CD box. Which means that you can put like 2 or almost 3 times as many CDs in the space that CDs with boxes would require. I keep empty boxes in the attic, and if I ever need to reconstitute a CD to original form, I can. I use boxes that I get at Target that are almost the perfect width, and about 16 inches long. Accessing CDs is really no problem, since a quick look at the first CD in a box tells you where you are alphabetically. Thumbing through a box of CD’s is easy, too - you are looking at the same edge that would be the spine of the CD in box. But I don’t try to put specially boxed CDs into the sleeves, I just mix in those CDs with the sleeves - they cohabit well. Bog box sets have their own system - they are too big to mix in, of course. Anyway - these sleeves are the only one’s I have seen that will do this job properly - pray that they keep making them!

Condensed CD Storage without loosing anything
Love these. 25 CDs in the packs take about the same room as 10 standard CD cases. And the best part is all the booklets and all the inserts fit. There were a few really thick booklets I had to put in the back pocket instead of the front. A few of my Japanese CD singles had a front cover that was long like a back cover, so I put those in back, put the obi strip and extras in front (see the Luna Sea single as an example). There isn't a separate place for the obi strip, but I put them in back with the back disk covers. I like keeping everything - I even keep the stickers where possible.Another nice thing - I have a lot of "bonus" items from cd pre-orders, and I was able to slide most of it into the packet too - things like photos, comment CDs, etc.I bought one pack to try them out, but like them so much I am getting more to repackage the rest of my collection. I'm keeping a few that had special cases, like digipacks, or the one cd in a gold toned jewel case.

Replacing JewelSleeves with DiscSox
See photos of backs and fronts of "Jewelsleeves" (white inner material) vs. "DiscSox" CD Pro Sleeves product (black inner material). When Jewelsleeves went out of business, I needed a replacement for new CDs. DiscSox looked like it had all the features I loved. Although the inside material is black rather than white, these DiscSox sleeves preserve the artwork well and allow you to slide the CD behind the booklet and separate flap, enclosing the CD between two soft layers. The back art is flattened, without having to "fold backward" the spine, as some other sleeves require (!), allowing you to organize by spine title if storing CDs in a box. The separate interior flap is a little tricky to see, so at first, I thought I had some sleeves without cuts; once I learned where to look, it was easy! The only downside is the brand name and patent no. on the back are a little distracting (minus half a star, if there were such a thing). But, as I'm really using this for storage, no big deal. I will be happily buying more!!

these just work
over the years I can’t recall how many CD inserts and tray cards I’ve lost or just misplaced and can no longer find again, these sleeves just work and if you like keeping your CDs separated and not in a CD binder, these are the ones to get. I can’t speak for everyone but if you look at the picture I took, the 25 jewel cases take up a lot of room, right next to it are 25 CDs with all inserts in 25 CD Pro Sleeves, when you get it in the mail it also comes minimal...

Great product for CD storage!
I've been using DiscSox for 2 or 3 years now. I was apprehensive to give up my beloved jewel cases and display, but the storage was getting out of hand. I took the plunge and converted to DiscSox. I now store over 700 discs in 2 drawers of a custom-built cabinet (see the user product photo I uploaded). I can't imagine going back!DiscSox are a great product. The sleeves are well made and hold even the largest CD booklets. A sleeve will hold up to 3 CDs - 3 is not ideal, but it works as long as the booklet isn't too thick. The jewel case back panel artwork fits securely in the back side of the sleeve.I keep CDs in DiscSox in my car during the summer with no problem. The plastic sleeve gets a little more pliable, but I haven't had any issues with melting, sticking, or other plastic-related mishaps.DiscSox's manufacturer, MM Designs, makes other products that are useful for organizing your sleeves. I highly recommend a set of alphabetical dividers, and their foam wedges help keep the sleeves from "sticking" to the side of the drawer.
