Digital Photo Frame (PS10-Black-1)

I purchased this PhotoSpring 10" WiFi Digital Picture Frame as a Christmas gift for my wife and loaded it with family photos in advance. For the price, it offers very good value — the display looks great, and the frame itself has a nice, clean appearance. We have it running all day (AC only — it does not run on battery) and it works perfectly as a display centerpiece.The setup was mostly straightforward, though one small limitation is that I wasn’t able to transfer photos directly to the frame and keep them in a specific order. I ended up using a Google Photos account to organize the album the way I wanted, which worked well once configured.Overall, this made a very nice gift. The photo quality is good, it handles videos well, and it has been reliable in everyday use. I would definitely purchase this frame again, and I’d recommend it for anyone looking for an easy way to display digital photos at home or as a gift.

I ordered this (mainly) to remember my beloved soulmate and fur baby. I have lots and lots of photos and videos. I chose this frame mainly because of the ability to upload videos up to 5 minutes in length. The majority of digital frames limit this to 15-30 seconds. There is no remote-control device. The app does not control the frame either; its main purpose is for uploading videos/photos. The last photo shows the premium frame's stand (I returned the first frame after contacting PhotoSpring's customer support and upgraded to the premium frame). More on that in a moment.Setup is pretty straightforward. Some that are not tech savvy might need a little help. The frame supports thumb/flash drives and SD cards for added storage. The built-in storage will hold a LOT of videos and photos. Using the web-based utilities, it is super easy to add photos/videos to the frame. They upload very quickly that way. One can email them to the frame too. Friends and family can email them to your frame. Unlike some frames, this one supports numerous photos and videos being uploaded at the same time, or rather in the same session.I was not satisfied with the sound quality of the regular frame and contacted their customer service. These people (Charles and Dan) were 5-star! It was suggested that I upgrade to their premium frame. For another $25, I was upgraded to the premium frame, plus they paid to ship my regular frame to them, transferred my current videos/photos to the new one, and then shipped it back to me. This took about 1 week altogether. I'm still not completely thrilled with the sound, but I think it's partly because the speakers are in the back of the frame. I have it setting across the room (about 12 feet away and I am a little hard of hearing). The frame is made so that it can be detached from the main frame and passed around to guests or held in your hands. The frame is rechargeable and can be left detached. The premium frame offers controls for volume, etc., on the back, whereas the regular frame is all done via touchscreen. I did not notice a big problem with fingerprints due to the touchscreen. The photos and videos are vibrant.The cord is long enough for the most uses. The premium frame will need an adapter since the power cord is USB on the end that does not plug into the frame. There're several settings to allow how you want to have videos display (auto play with sound, etc.). I do sort of wish it had motion sensing so it would turn off when I am not in the room or when there is no motion. It can be set to play on a schedule. This is also done via touchscreen.I have had several digital frames, as well as my iPhone, that supposedly rotate pictures so that you don't see the same ones over and over again. None, including this one, seem to be great at having an algorithm that ensures that you don't have a bunch of repeats in what you see. I have over 600 photos/videos on this frame right now and see the same ones over and over a whole lot throughout the day, without seeing a lot of the others. But such has been my experience with all of these types of frames so far.I gave this 5 stars. It is probably a 4.5-star frame, but the outstanding customer service bumped it up for me.

Super easy to set up and upload pictures. I like he fact that you can use their app, or a dedicated email to upload pictures, in the event you don’t want to download another app on your phone. Great product.

We are really enjoying this digital frame and the features it has. You can set up albums to switch up or play all. Share photos via email or connect to the other family frames and share. It has a memory card. Easy uploads. Connects to WiFi seamlessly. Great picture quality. This frame holds up to 10,000 pictures/videos. Plays sound of the video clip. We have ours set up so it turns on at a set time in the morning and off at 10:00pm. We are still learning more and more of what we can do with this frame but every family member that has one really likes it. I can't think of anything we don't like. Best of all the price was good too. We purchased for each of our kids and my mom. Great unit!!

The frame and physical components of this frame are excellent. The ease of use and ease of ability to share photos to the frame is excellent. The amount of internal storage is one of the best I've found. Some recommendations; improve the app, especially the ability to see what photos are already on the frame so you don't duplicate uploads, ability to delete photos from the frame using the app, and better handling of photo orientation. I have a google display that will automatically display 2 photos at the same time when the orientation of the photos is the opposite of the orientation of the frame. So you don't have to have black space around photos when the orientation is not the same as the frame.

I have purchased 5 of these photo frames for gifts , after I received ours as a gift. I have nothing but wonderful things to say , and thats why I gave it a five star.!!!! I love mine and I would highly recommend !!!! It’s so easy to set up and begin putting your photo memories on display to look at everyday!! I have mine in my kitchen on my island and when my granddaughter comes over, she loves looking at all the pictures also! I worked at Kodak in my younger years, so I am a true believer of memories from photos !!! You can edit pictures in it and even put some video pictures on it !! I love it. !!! And I’ll let you know that the customer service at photospring was so helpful with any questions I had ! It’s so nice to have service like that … nowadays it’s hard to find or have someone get back to you. But Dan was so helpful and I appreciate everything he helped us with… I will enjoy my frame for years to come!!❤️
