GoFit Go Roller Massage Kit (12-inch)

This item is fantastic. It works as stated and my husband with a bad back has already found some relief with the roller and ball. The guide book is great. Many of the muscle relief exercises are also used in therapy and they have beginner and advanced directions. My daughter, who is a massage therapist, ask me to order her one and she said it was the perfect size for her back and neck. It is very sturdy and made well and I like that you can use the storage bag with the ball to do the exercises.

Im 6ft 280lbs and have broken my share of foam rollers or just plane crushed them beyone recognition. This roller is built solid and enables me to roll my neck and shoulder areas without fear of getting hurt by a collapsing roller. I can even crack my back with it. Every fat kid needs one of these. Built rock solid.

I noticed that there is a single star review that have pulled the average ratings down. This is quite unfair as it relates to a seller/ transportation issue rather than about the product itself. I have owned a good number of foam rollers and I can say this is like a little brother of the Triggerpoint grid roller. It is smaller which not only makes it good for travelling and going deeper on certain parts. The ball (as with any Lacrosse ball) is great, I have a spot on my shoulder where this hits the right spot and offers a good bit of relief. This is not going to be the main foam roller but a good secondary one after you get a bigger and slightly longer ones. That said, so far, they have held up with weekly use. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement, they could have provided one or two more balls of differing densities and perhaps a cap for both ends of the roller to store the ball.

I bought this so that I could bring a foam roller with me when I travel, since I often go on long runs when I travel. It is a great foam roller for the cost and purpose - I like my medical grade foam roller better when I am at home, but this one is perfect for travel. It's small and lightweight, but still firm enough and large enough for a great foam rolling session.

Still use it years later

Poor quality product. Does the job for about a month, then the inside PVC tube cracked. Still works but annoyingly slipping a bit along the inside crack. I'm just waiting for it to break so that I can search for a better made one. Oh, I only weigh 140 pounds, so it's not through overuse or excess weight that it failed....just simple rolling on my back and legs.

This is harder then another one I have so it took a little time to get used to it but it works great for helping to get deep into my sore muscles! I do recommend this product!
