Buy the cinnamon and sugar flavour. Good on its own. Slight hint of sweetness. It is pea protein and does have a very slight pea protein taste. Much more neutral than other vegan products and barely noticeable. Use unsweetened almond milk If it’s not sweet enough add some drops of Monkfruit and then eat this as cereal. Very low calorie and high in protein. Tastes better than other protein cereals I have tried. Or just eat it as a snack like it’s meant to be eaten. Either way is good but I like it as cereal. Fair price for what it is but still wish it would go on sale. Each bag seems pretty small and has three servings worth in each. Eat the whole bag for about 330 calories and 30 grams of protein.

This is one of my go-to snacks for a lower-carb diet. I love the crunch and the flavor, and I love that it's got plant-based protein and no gluten. Great option for healthy snacking!

I’ve tried basically all of the protein puffs, chips, crackers, bars and cereals on the market to date. These are hands down one of my favorite items. One of the things I most look forward to eating. They sell out often at my local Giant Eagle so I occasionally have to buy them from Amazon (I buy the entire boxes from Giant Eagle anyway). Would highly recommend these to anyone. Far superior taste to the protein puffs from Twin Peaks, One, Pure, etc, which all have an odd taste to them. These taste excellent. Barbecue is my favorite followed by cinnamon but honestly they’re all good. I’ve ordered these quite a few times now and they always show up quickly. Couldn’t be happier with this product or seller. I rarely review anything but these are a great product that everyone should try. Delicious! All time great protein snack food in my opinion.

I love these but I loved them more before they changed. They had more of that sweetness flavor and a difference in crunch and I swear size?? Not sure. But still good, just better with old formulation. 5 stars if it was the old formula.

This higher protein snack has a great crunch! The only thing is, I wish they weren’t as sweet (almost has a maple syrup taste [ordered the Himalayan Salt flavor]), but overall, pretty good - will continue to order!

Love the BBQ one, was hoping the pink salt one would be salty, but its sweet - tastes like pancakes. The taste is good, but not what I was wanting.Edit… just read the ingredients, and realize the salt flavor should really be re-named and labeled Salted Caramel. This is the opposite of what I was expecting for a bag just named Himalayan Sea Salt.

Given that the flavor is Himalayan Sea Salt, I did not expect the main taste to be sweet! I personally don't enjoy sweet snacks and so it was a big disappointment. One of the ingredients is "salty caramel seasonning" and I think it dominates the taste. If you like caramel, you may enjoy this product but I did not. Yet, I still like the crunch, the relative simplicity of the ingredients, and the nutritional content (10 g of protein!) so I will be trying out the other flavors from the same brand.

These crunchy morsels remind me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I appreciate that they are made with cane sugar and not one of the alternative sweeteners. I love that they kept total sugar lower than other sweet snacks. They probably wouldn’t work for someone on keto or someone fresh from bariatric surgery, but as a treat while maintaining weight, they are the perfect treat. Crunchy, sweet, satisfying!
