I actually really like this thing. I’m only 18 weeks pregnant but I’m already having back and pelvis issues when sleeping. The pillow just was too flimsy and not doing the trick. This thing however works well. Stays in place, keeps its shape and is comfortable which does give me noticeable relief from my pain at night. I can sleep well again. Recommend!

Nice pillow but not for big people
Pillow is nice, and soft with memory foam. But I am a big 270lb man and it felt like I had a loaf of bread between my legs. Not saying this is a bad product, it's just sturdy enough to support my heavy legs. So I gave to my wife who's only 140lbs and it works Great for her but she doesn't have have back or sciatic nerve issues, she just likes it because it's soft and warm lol. Thanks

Mixed Reviews on this. 1. Fabric is good nice and soft. 2. Shape is good. 3. Love the strap as an option. BUT it is too squishy. Needs to be firmer. When you use with leg weight it it doesn't hold it's shape. for arm weight sure it holds but not for leg weight.

Great solution for the price
For me, this was an absolute game changer. I was starting to get pain laying in my side. Got this pillow and I sleep so much more comfortably now. I don’t wakes up as much in the middle of the night because I am uncomfortable.

best sciatic pain sleep tool I've found!
Purchased this last week during flare of intermittent sciatica (pain 4/10) which keeps me awake at night. Active 51 yo female. Along with a heating pad and advil, the pillow helped me enjoy best sleep in weeks. Small enough to pack and kinda funny it comes with small zipper pouch for sleep mask and earplugs (which are included). If anyone reads this, I recommend and am eager to hear/try other easy managmet stategies.

Great pillow remedy for back and knee pain!
I am actually shocked that sleeping with this pillow would stop most of the daily pain I have in my lower back and knees. Recommend it highly!
