Thank you very much if I need more of the items that you sell I will be back and will not hesitate to recommend you.The fish slice itself is very easy to use and hold and is so much better at controlling the fish whilst turning it in the frying pan or poacher than the egg-lifters that are sold as fish slices. Hands down, it is a real winner. Have you noticed how difficult it is to find this kind of a fish slice generally in the shops?

I had never owned one of these and always used an ordinary spatula to turn/transfer meat. I'm very happy that I bought one, however, as it makes cooking so much easier. I was worried about using it in my non-stick pans, but have found that as you are only using it to turn food over, as long as you are careful, you can get away without leaving scratches. This fish slice is also priced really well.

I’m sick of things sticking to our baking trays and needed something to get right under the fish, chips and various other things that can get stuck.I actually used it tonight for making my soup which I normally use a wooden spoon which is hard to flip the vegetables in the chilli oil.The start of my butternut squash soup has begun.It’s lightweight and matches my other utensils and seems well made!!

I have been looking for one of these for years. My mother had one when I was a child which she used for everything including making batter pudding. The handle fell off but it was still in use until it finally died. I should have thought of Amazon before as I had been unable to find one in any shop I searched. I’m thrilled with it as it is so versatile.

I am a huge cook and have used many, many types of fish slices over the years. Never thought this style or design would be any different BUT I stand corrected this baby really does flip delicate food groups far better. I do use it on Teflon pans... just more carefully. A++++

Really pleased with this. Not just fish, it's great for anything delicate as it's so thin. It's so easy to use. Short handle gives greater control. Recommend

Great for lifting delicate fillets without them breaking.

Absolutely love this. Much easier to get under delicate items in a pan than the traditional fish slice. Possibly not as sturdy as normal ones but really easy to use.
