I was dubious; this set is quite expensive. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement.The tunic top is exceptionally soft and comfy. The cowl neck is perfect - neither tight nor sloppy - just right and attractively designed to fall in a flattering drape. The pants are a lighter weight drapey material and have a wide, comfortable elastic waist.These could be worn as winter pj's but they are attractive and substantial enough to be after-work lounge-wear and even suffice for a run to the post office.I bought the "platinum" color which is a lovely, understated gray color.

It is clearly described in the item details that the top and bottom are not the same material, but for the price I expected similar quality of construction between the two. I LOVE the top, but the bottoms are very thin (light passes through them) and I don't think I will be able to wear them in public. I am about to have a baby, and I purchased this as a "going home" maternity outfit, and the pants are a little too lightweight for public wear. I am sure to enjoy them lounging around the house though!

The top is so soft! The bottoms aren’t the same material, but they are super comfy. I live in these on the weekends.

I could live day and night in this lounge set. It is so comfy and relaxing. I can see why it is an Oprah favorite. It is a splurge but well worth it.
