BUY IT if you have a hard time falling back to sleep or need a little extra something to help you calm. Be aware it tastes horrible, but with water it's not a big deal to get the taste out of your mouth afterwards. I'm working on either high cortisol levels, anxiety and maybe perimenopause preventing me from getting solid sleep, and this stuff is a game ganger. 10/10

A family member started suffering from some pretty intense depressive episodes getting more frequent and worse over time. We scheduled therapy and also tried a few supplements. For whatever reason, this was one of the ones I purchased related to some research I had done. My family member became completely mood stable within a couple weeks but frankly, I had no idea if it was the therapy, the supplements, etc. (I am notorious for trying 12 things at once therefore having no idea which one worked if something improves), so I let one of the supplements run out and things were still good, then I let this one run out and the family member came to me 2 days later and said, "I don't feel good today, I think I need that stuff." So... discovered it was indeed this supplement, not the other one, and not necessarily the therapy as they have discontinued that now as well. Pretty amazing. I am a registered nurse and I have never seen resolution of symptoms that intense with anything other than prescription meds which is the direction I thought we were going to need to go. Very happy.

I hate to leave a one star review but the issue with the bottle cap needs to be fixed. When the bottle caps were the white ones they worked fine and stayed on with zero leakage. The newer black caps don’t fit the bottle so they actually loosen up on their own and unscrew just sitting on the counter. I have tested this! I screwed the cap on and left it on my counter and within an hour the bottle is loose and unscrewed. My advice to anyone who buys this is don’t take the plastic seal all the way off. Only take off enough to allow the pump to work. Leave the plastic wrap on the bottle all the way up to the base of the pump. This can be difficult to do so work slowly and carefully. You will have a little more protection but I still don’t recommend traveling with this bottle because it will leak it all out. You will have nothing left.If the cap wasn’t faulty I would give this 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This brand comes highly recommended, so we gave it a shot! I can't tell if it was effective because we didn't notice any differences using it. However, it was smooth and my daughter enjoyed the flavor. If you're looking for a good brand, this one is one to try

Got this product for my younger Autistic daughter with major sleep problems. She had failed on prescription sleep meds & Melatonin & this product came highly recommended. However, as soon as I took the wrap off this product the cap immediately did not want to stay closed. They need to reformulate the packaging ASAP on this!!! No matter what to do to it or how you store it, it leaks. The cap never stays shut right. I’ve only had this for a few weeks now & I’ve seen more reviews like this on the bottle itself. It’s not like it’s an old bottle.Now for the product itself…maybe it’s not for kids with developmental disorders that are severe?!? I’m obviously not a doctor so don’t take what I’m saying to heart but it did absolutely nothing for her. Didn’t put her to sleep, didn’t help her stay asleep. Maybe 1 night a week it might help but that’s about it. Because this is an expensive product imo, I’m going to cont to try & use it up on her & see if I see any other changes. But with that being said I can’t justify re-purchasing this for both reasons stated. (Defective cap & product to working well yet on her)

This product is great, BUT the screw top keeps backing off. This causes product to leak out if the bottle is on its side. I lost all my product because of this. Others report same. Designs for Health: you need to fix this!!

This stuff has helped me SO much! I was having a hard time sleeping after being on a steroid, and I'm also going through a stressful part of life right now. I would wake in the middle of the night with a racing mind, or just have difficulty relaxing enough to fall asleep. This stuff has completely gotten rid of the racing thoughts! If I wake up in the middle of the night with them, I just take 2 squirts and this helps. It has a neutral taste, but tastes a little acidy.The first few times I used it, I got acid reflux from it and felt this weird warmness over my brain like my brain was swimming lol...It was an odd feeling, but figured it was my body adjusting to it.After about 3 nights, no more reflux and I didn't feel the sensation anymore. This has improved my sleep so much!

Been using this for quite a while, the product helps, but every bottle leaks!!! Have to wrap them with electrical tape to have them not leak in my purse.
