First, iPhone charging is simply too flaky. When I rest my iPhone on it, it starts charging, and about 2 seconds later, stops charging, regardless of the position I put it in. This basically makes it a non-starter as a reliable charger because I don't want to wake up in the morning to find that my phone didn't charge at all throughout the night. Second, the charging pad has a glowing blue LED that pulses softly while the iPhone is charging. I understand that they were trying to find a way to communicate to you that the charger was working, but it was a bad design choice, because that light is really annoying for people who have their charger right next to their bed.

This product does NOT work with Apple Watch Series 4. Buyer Beware! They are falsely advertising that it works with Apple Watch Series 4!

This charger was used with iPhone X and Apple Watch series 4. The charger charges the phone as expected. It is a little sensitive on placement but that isn’t a huge deal. The charger will charge the watch for approximately 5 minutes and then quit. I have tried it in every possible position, with it without the phone charging next to it. I’ve given it 2 weeks and can not get it to work right. I will be returning immediately.

It doesn't charge my iPhone XSmax with the case on. I tried different positions and after 5 or more tries, the green light came on, but at the next day I couldn't find any position! Sorry, but then it's easier to plug the cable in. I charged my Apple Watch 4 the whole night, and at 9:00 am it was 84% charged. Sorry, not acceptable for me. The quality is good and maybe it works for other devices, but not for mine.

Most of the positive reviews seem to be about books and NOT this product so read with caution. I tried to charge an iPhone XS Max and an Apple Watch series 4. It would charge for a minute or two and then would completely stop. Waking up to a dead phone and watch is not the best start to your morning.

Phone charged the first 2 nights. It just made my Apple Watch 4 hot. Never charged. Tried for 3 nights. It aslo didn’t charge my phone on the 3rd night. There is a bright flashing blue light that doesn’t turn off. That negates using nightstand mode for your watch.

Not easy to use. You have set your Apple Watch on there just right to get it to charge. Same with the phone. So sometimes you wake and one or both devices might not be charged.

I love having a wireless charger, but this one does not always charge my phone. I thought I just wasn’t putting it on the charger correctly, but that isn’t the case. Last night the blue light was flashing and it was on it all night and it didn’t charge my phone at all. I’ve had no problems with my watch but as for my phone, that’s another story. I was going to return it and looked and I’m 6 days past the return window. :/
