I played Mommy Tonic with several close friends - women with whom I've been friends for at least 15 years. I thought I knew them (and I do) but this game revealed some surprising insights and showed me a side to them that perhaps I knew existed but had never come out before. I appreciated them in a whole new way after the game. I also played with a few people about whom I didn't know much, but the result was similar: insights into their personalities that I never would have gotten by just chatting with them. While this game is targeted at moms, women who are not moms (and even men!) can certainly play. Lastly, Mommy Tonic has the ability to take on a different tone depending on the people playing, and I expect to get different things out of it when I play with different friends. It was a really enjoyable way to spend time with them, and rather than just complain about things that might have been bothering us, Mommy Tonic helped focus our discussion more positively. I would definitely play again. And again. One other note: Mommy Tonic is very light and portable so you can easily take it on vacation - Girls Weekend away! Cheers to Mommy Tonic! I do love our book club crew - don't get me wrong, we always have some good laughs discussing books BUT nothing like the laughs we had playing Mommy Tonic last night! What I think we all enjoyed most was the flexibility, it is a great conversation card game to be sure -- but I think that sells it short. It really is a "facilitator" of a good time -- it just took our conversations in all kinds of directions. We learned more about each other, opened up, blew off much needed steam and just had a hilarious time. Highly recommend this game - buy it for yourself and play with friends, and keep it on hand as a hostess gift -- that's my plan anyway!

I played Mommy Tonic recently with a group of friends and it was so fun. My friends brought some coworkers I had never met and usually I would be awkward. The Mommy Tonic game questions helped me open up and by the end of the night I felt like I knew the new girls forever. We all had a great night and the questions kept us rolling in laughter. I would recommend this for a cocktail party or for a girls night in. I received the game as part of a review but all opinions are my own.

I am forever trying to find just the right hostess gift and or birthday gift for my friends and sisters. This fits the bill!!!Mommy Tonic is a great new reason to get the girls together on a Thursday night and broaden the conversation -- not only are the conversation starter questions clever and quirky -- they can be educational and get your overall creativity flowing.I think I'll buy 20 of them and just keep them in stock.

A group of friends and I so enjoyed playing this game. It is both fun and provocative, enabling lively conversation and uproarious laughter. This is a clever idea well executed. Great for girls night out and inspired gift-giving.
