LEG DADDY 1 1/2" Brown Tapered Cylindrical HDPE Plastic Sofa Leg

I was happy to discover that the threaded part is indeed industry-standard in diameter and screws right into the threaded hole in my chair. What I didn't know was that the hole in my chair might not be industry-standard in LENGTH, if there is such a standard at the global level of the furniture construction industry. I just kept screwing in the Leg Daddy because I didn't feel any resistance that I thought I'd come to when I reached the end of the hole. All of a sudden the threaded screw on the Leg Daddy punched through the exterior of the plastic leg bottom. Oops, guess I went too far. I just unscrewed it a bit so the screw was not sticking out and there appears to be no harm done. Turned the chair upright and the legs are functioning well. I love their look and strength.

Watch out to make sure they will fit, mounting screw length is way too long for most furniture and will require some modification to work.

I ordered these to use as legs for our couch, loveseat, and chair. I should have really looked at the measurements first, because when I got them, they were much smaller than I wanted. I would never use them for a couch, loveseat, or chair. Maybe for a small ottoman or something. I returned them to purchase something bigger. For the price, they would be good for something small, but not for a big piece of furniture.

These sofa legs worked well for what I needed. When we had moved our couch into storage, there was a slight accident and the two back legs were broken off. These legs ended up looking exactly like the ones we already had! The previous ones seemed to be glued in and these new ones screwed in to the empty area. Our couch is now level and I'm very pleased!

These 2 pieces should thread into each other, one actually did. The others had something wrong with the threads so they did not work out. I was only able to return the Leg Daddy T Plates. I was not allowed to return the Brown Rounds. Myfirst disappointment with something bought through Amazon.

Would not screw all the way in on two of the legs. Had to put original legs back in. Threading quality was not there - rough finish.

Used these to lower my sofa (have a tiny living room), have had them for a couple of weeks and they are very sturdy and stable and are easy to install. I just unscrewed the old sofa legs and screwed these in, would recommend to anyone that needs to replace or modify sofa heights.
