I'm not sure if it is, I bought it for my grandson. But it looked like it was a very nice necklace and it did glow. I think it's well worth the price. Just not sure if it was Titanium.

Is the exact chain measurement 16 inches or 55cm?

I only know that the chain is perfect size for any size neck.
