Pellon Wash-N-Gone
This stuff is great for machine embroidery. I am making a quilt, machine embroidering every other square. This stuff keeps the stitches even and keeps the material taut in the hoop (unless the material is too thin. If so,I've been laying a strip of a paper towel between the top of the material and the hoop). The stabilizer washes out and it doesn't tear, if, and when, I have to rip out stitches. When sewing, I've found this Pellon stabilizer moves smoothly and doesn't catch or stick on the machine, causing the hoop to pop off and the whole design to be messed up. (I've had some other stabilizer that acted like glue on the sewing plate and created instant trash.) I am a novice at sewing and screw things up easily. So far, this stuff and I are working well together.

Free standing lace is easy with this!
Fantastic stabilizer for free standing lace! Use water (any temp) to remove from stitching; if some stabilizer is not rinsed clear, it will help stiffen the finished article. Easy to use, strong, perfect for snowflakes, 3-d items, ornaments, etc. I don't know what I would do without this product!

Great product.
This stabilizer is perfect for making free standing lace. I machine embroider almost daily and when I found this product at such a low price I ordered it immediately. As a matter of fact I'm expecting my second bolt of Wash n Gone soon.

Absolutely LOVE this stuff. Same brand I bought in the fabric store at about 1/4 the price. Will definitely purchase more when I need it and recommend it to all my sewing friends :-)

Machine embroidery
This Pellon is great. I use it with my machine embroidery. I usually buy it at Joannns for $4.29 a yard unless I have a coupon. This only cost me about $1.35 a yard when I buy 25 yards.
