SparkFoam Medieval Foam Swords Series (Crusader)

My husband was looking for a sword for his templar knight costume that didn't look like a cheap plastic thing you find at the halloween shops, but we didn't want to bring a real sword to a halloween party. This is perfect! Great detail, lightweight sword that looks real! We aren't using it for anything other than to accent his costume, so I cannot comment on if it holds up during cosplay. But, if you are looking for that perfect costume accessory, this is it. The seller we bought it from had fast shipping and packaged it well.

PRO:-These are sleek. Somehow shiny like metal! Looks great.-Inner core is strong and sturdy (plastic)-Outer foam is soft(ish). Kids have 'fought' with it successfully.CON:-Handguard has no supporting core - edges break off easily-Arrived damaged at tip, seller wouldn't replace without annoying return process (you know it costs you $3 to manufacture - just replace it already!)

Bought this as a prop for a play at our church and it is outstanding! Looks very real, foam is not flimsy, all around great product! They aren't designed for play sword fighting. It foam would be too hard for kids and to flimsy for adults. But for costumes or display's its perfect. Looks very real. Has a good weight to it so it doesn't feel cheap although the price is cheap! Great product and i will be buying more!

At first I was excited pulling the sword from the box until I took a closer look at it. The pummel of the sword is almost completely gone and there is a ding in the blade. None of the damage could have come from shipping as the blade was well packaged and there is no debry in the box from the pummel, not that it could have shattered being as it is made of foam.

From a far the sword looks good but you can use it for anything but looks, when purchasing this I thought it would be like the King Arthur sword but I was wrong this sword handle is made out of the softest foam ever that it feels like it could break any moment. And the foam near the blade isn’t even attached to the sword so it’s peeling off slowly (if anything buy the King Arthur sword same company better product

i got the crusader variant two years ago for my son, after 14 different laps he still has it battered and bruised,i also dot the masonic red DO NOT GET THE MASONIC RED FOR SWORD FIGHTING my blade fell right out of the sword but all the other swords are amazing

I had ordered only one to see the quality first. I was very impressed and decided to order the rest for my need. The blade does not look like foam as I had feared it would. The sword is very light and perfect for my need.

Packaging was poor. Thought for sure item would be damaged, but was very lucky it was not. Item itself even better than expected. Very pleased with overall item.
