My friend and I were shopping in a tall building with an escalator in the center, (many shops) we both started feeling sick and dizzy after about 30 minutes, we sat down and she pulled this out of her purse, we both used and immediately felt better. Bet that got your attention haha! In actuality though, this stuff is wonderful for it's calming effect. Over the last 6 months I have been weaning off all prescription medications for depression and have been successful except clutching on to my last few Xanax that I would take if I knew I had a very stressful situation coming up (i.e. family gathering, ugh!) I heard of Yarrow from a friend of mine and I decided to try it and now it's my new "natural" Xanax. As they say, everything pharmaceutical was derived from something in nature, so why not go back to nature? I really like this stuff and will always have a bottle close at hand.

My practitioner suggested Yarrow Environmental Solution for helping to clear EMF radiation. She said people might feel tired from the effects of working for 8 hours in front of computer screens. I do think this helps to some degree, but I suspect the EMF effects aren't major in the short term. My practitioner feels this is a good product and she recommends it to other clients.
