in love with this, assembly wasn’t too hard, great accent to my kitchen and front entryway. Pretty sturdy the large backboard piece had me confused. I thought a piece was missing for the longest time, but it was folded in half lol

I was super excited for this item to come in and it didn’t disappoint. It fit great in my space, it has plenty of hooks and the trunk space for storage, and it looks really pretty. The assembly was the worst part for me. (1) This is definitely a TWO person job. Do not be stubborn and try to do the whole thing by yourself like I did, or you’ll be sitting there struggling for three hours. (2) I had no issues with any missing pieces or hardware for assembly, but one thing the package didn’t include was a kind of tool to assemble everything. All you’ll need is a screw driver, but mine happened to be misplaced at the time, so an allen wrench was used and I struggled majorly. (3) Be mindful of what you’re paying for. It looks sleek and nice overall in the finished product, but the pieces are not the best quality and can be damaged easily, so no drills or over tightening the screws! Overall I’m very happy and I look forward to seeing how long this lasts.

This product looks great, and instructions for assembly were straightforward and easy to follow. It was delivered early, which is always nice. I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars because there is a label showing the name of the company on the outside of the unit that is not removeable, which is kind of tacky. Otherwise, I like it.

Hall tree and bench arrived quickly and assembly instructions were great. Easily assembled in 90 minutes and all pieces fit perfectly. Bench is sturdy and fit nicely in the smaller space we needed in for. We definitely recommend this product for the price and ease of use.

So I read all of the reviews prior to buying this and I do agree that this was difficult to assemble and came in a zillion pieces...BUT this is AMAZING for the price. It looks like a quality piece, it’s not made out of cheap board and I love it. What I will say is that the bench top does not open all the way, it opens 2/3 of the way which is fine. I’m not sure how sturdy the hooks are, but in all fairness, kids come home with backpacks 50lbs or more and I don’t think any hook will hold. These hooks are for coats and sweaters not 100 lb book bags. Mine is primarily decorative, but we will use the bench storage to store shoes and the hooks for coats. I love it. I hired a professional to assemble this since it was so inexpensive and I do not regret that decision. This is not bright white, it is an off white...but it can be painted if it’s not bright enough to match your trim. I don’t regret buying this and I’d do it again!

I ordered this a few months ago and I'm just getting around to putting it together. This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I wish I could return it. Its cheaply made, the instructions are confusing, pieces were missing, parts weren't aligned. Just s total mess. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Total waste of my money

The white is more of a cream off white color. The 28" is good enough for a small space and can fit one average sized adult. It seems sturdy and functional to keep an organized foyer mud room area. The instructions could have better pictures to determine which side you are working on, one person can build but its easier to have two people when joining the top piece to the bench piece. Overall I am pleased with this purchase.
