Does NOT work with a lumia 950xl
Despite specifically listing it this charge is NOT compatible with the Lumia 950xl.The usb pd spec requires backwards compatibility but there are a batch of chargers that aren't, including this one. One of the indicators is if the port is off until a PD load (not a volt meter) is plugged into them.With a 950xl the PD port turns on at 5v fails negotiation and turns off. Then repeats the cycle ever few seconds.It does work with an aukly battery supplying 14v over the PD port.For a phone you only need <15w, I was trying to find a higher powered adapter for laptop charging.The best, still sold by amazon, Lumia charger I've found is this :https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076H7LKVS/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1Which does the 5v/3a for phones and 12v 1.5a for laptop slow charging as long as you don't have a 19v only usb-c laptop.
