microtivity IL451 5mm Clear White LED w/Resistors (Pack of 100)

Very nice LEDS. I've gone through maybe a couple dozen or so of these, and so far they all work great. Every one has had a consistent light. They are quite bright, but if you're looking to light up a room, these probably won't get you there. That's not what they are made for anyway. They do work great for lighting up the work area on my 3D printer though.I have these wired in series in sets of three with a single resistor coming off each set. I then have it going to a 12 volt power supply. The small ring light I made with two sets of these strings for lighting the nozzle on my 3D printer works perfectly, and it will easily shine a light across the room, so they have plenty of brightness. I suspect you could probably make a pretty handy flashlight out of these.All in all, I couldn't be happier with them.

The included resistors are a plus, however there is a noticeable difference in color temperature between some of the LED's. As long as a consistent color temperature between LED's is not of utmost importance then this is a good deal considering the average cost of "white" LED's.

I purchased these. They arrived quickly, were exactly 100 of each. But I installed them with the resistor and I am lucky if I get three days out of them . I had purchased these to replace all the incandescent lamps in the dash of my pick up. When I had finished they looked amazing. And then one by one they flickered and died over the course of a few days.

LEDs tend to be a pretty big pain in the butt sometimes, especially finding reasonably-priced and quality-controlled. I've gone through probably 200 of these particular LEDs from this manufacturer, and haven't run into a single defect, all uniform in color, beam shape, etc. The resistors included is a nice touch (although I ended up using different resistors, it's nice to have extras).Microtivity products are some of my favorites, will definitely come back when I need more.

Updated review: I just got these today. I had these confused with an another LED order I made (Color variety-80 pc. with 80 resistors) These arrived with a bag of what looks like a 100. But with only 10 resistors. Only 10? The ad stated 100. I'm downgrading the 5 star to 2,It would have gone unnoticed, but the odd thing about it was it required a signature confirmation, with a return to Istanbul, Turkey if undelivered printed on the shipping label. Origin: China.

everything was great, but one thing i wish on the back of the business card it came with a spec info, like volts and ma. other than that perfect.

These LEDs are awesome! I like to build my own embedded flashlights. These lights have a microprocessor and use PWM to control the brightness of the LEDs. These LEDs are perfect for this application. I have a set that I am going to use for lights on my work bench.The price is fantastic, and these LEDs are definitely flashlight quality!

Stayed lit for 4 days before fading but had about 8 duds out of the 100. All in all I was quite delighted with the product.
