Ordered this product due to very good reviews. But sizing is not true to size according to their table. Ordered medium since i’m a 14, but wouldn’t even close. So I had to email them. The company is amazing, great customer service! Very understanding. Gave me my actual size now. Fits me perfectly. Love the quality, not cheap at all. Haven’t used it during workout but by the feel of it. It would be awesome. Thank you for this lovely product. Truly recommend! But size up! ❤️❤️❤️

It is defiantly best waist trainer I've purshed. It's got double grip and it doesn't open up while training and u do sweat like crazy been using it a week now seen difference on my waist

This is the first time I have purchased a sweat/slim belt but have been on the lookout for quite some time now.I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The product was well packaged and really good quality. I have used it for 4 days now and have been impressed with the way it's working.More importantly, I like that it supports my lower back as I am working out too.I would recommend this product as it does what it says!

When this product arrived it appeared much bigger in the packaging, I thought that maybe it would be too big. I was even thinking that when I lose some weight it will be ok for a while because it adjustable. - Well I was wrongIt is a tad to small but once I worked out the best way to get it on ( Sitting in a chair ) it was actually snug but wearable. I couldn't wear this outside but at home working at my desk its comfortable and make my weight seem small already.going to stick with it for now early days .. the material looks good and the product well made . It is very wide which gives it the initial look of being bigger than I thought.Will update after a little while

My room is full f waist trainers however by a fat gap this is the best waist trainer hands down. I bought it and gave it to my sister who just had a baby and as soon as she puts it on, OMG her waist gets so snatched it’s amazing. Now I will order one for myself.

Does what it says, I use this for working out following surgery on my abdomen I needed compression and this works a treat. I ordered a small which does fit and the extra Velcro straps keep it in place. I can easily workout and feel supported and compression is good.

I ordered this trainer because I needed a new one. I could not find the other one I purchased. I searched and saw this one, I read the description and hesitantly purchased it because of previous experiences. Needless to say, I used it for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the sweat content. I like to sweat in my mid-section with no leakage and it gave me that. I could move comfortably and breathe.I have not given it five stars simply because I just received it! But I believe it will exceed my expectations.
