Very Realistic, Good Value for Fakes
Crooks are onto "blinkies" so forget AA batteries. Real cameras quietly stare at you. Get a tube of clear glue, like "Goop" and glue the backs and the domes on before you install them, as they are realistic, but flimsy. Two domes fell out, while installing. TWO screws for FOUR cameras! Wuut? Buy your own drywall plugs and screws. NO MOUNTING TEMPLATE! Make your own with a #2 pencil and a piece of paper, with a "rubbing" of the back plates. Tape your template to the wall and drill right through it. Take it off and tap in the wall plugs, and your screws will line up. Outdoors, run a bead of Goop all around the edge of each dome first. I drilled a hole in the bottom edge and put a real coax connector and a piece of coax simply going into the wall bellow. Sound like I am unhappy, but with these mods, this is a great buy!

Great product and seller!
These look so much like the real thing, they are a great deterrent. The LED lights come on automatically at dusk and off at sunrise. Easy to install, comes with two screws for easy mounting. I had an issue with one of the cameras, but once I reached out to Armo Safety (the seller), they responded quickly and replaced the camera for me. I couldn’t be happier with the product or the great service Armo provided to me. I completely recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive deterrent for home security!

Pretty Nice
I bought this one because is different between all other ones ... all the LEDS lights up & more realistic then those one flashing red light such as fake looking, REAL cameras DONT have red light blinks ... BUT No instruction or anything inside the package how open these things , after figure that one out is easy and clean ...i like it this way so when i stick it to wall just turn the top bottom stay in place & change the battery, BUT I dont know hows stays out door like under hot summer sun or rains will see & I hope is water proof , LEDS is pretty dim...would nice was little brighter ...looks pretty nice just like rest of them sales here in Amazon all china made same as pretty good quality!

Convincing Replica
Our application was to discourage car break-ins which have recently happened in our community. We already have real security cameras covering entrance doors but wanted a unit mounted to the soffit, pointing directly at our driveway. This position would unfortunately send alerts every time a car drove by. It is already in view of a less obvious real camera, so we decided to install a fake camera. At this close range, realistic appearance is critical. Many if not most fakes sold are a joke and will only fool the most naive crooks. The Armo Safety fake dome camera looked more convincing than most so we decided to order the kit of four.Apparently there is confusion regarding the LEDs. The model we received has two circles of red LEDs that come on only at night due to a photocell switch. This is far more desirable than a blinking LED which screams fake.Although very dim, the LEDs are brighter than the almost-imperceptible visible light seen from our real infrared security cameras. I wish the manufacturer would change the circuit to make it more realistically dimmer and allow the batteries to last longer. To the point: Real camera LEDs are barely visible to the eye and do not blink. They come on at night and off at daylight. The camera has no silkscreen markings. While no label is better than some lame silkscreen saying "CCD CAMERA", real cameras have a company name imprinted on them. The units are not water resistant so should be mounted in a way that avoids rain. The fake lens assembly inside is glued into position and cannot be tilted or moved in any way.We mounted our units on 1" high round white spacer boxes to match our real cameras to add a more robust look, then applied small peel-n-stick letters spelling a manufacturer's name. The "camera" is obvious when approaching our home so any generic warning sticker is undesirable. Real stickers have security company names. These steps make our units look remarkably close to the real thing. We believe this will fool most crooks trying to break into cars. Of course a person walking up with a covered head and sunglasses could not be identified in any case. That is where motion activated security lights and a neighborhood watch comes in.It is too early to determine battery life but similar designs have lasted us almost a year. The product could be better, but we consider it the best of the fake domes and recommend it.

WARNING: LEAST DISCREET BOX EVERRRR
WARNING: The item is NOT shipped in a discreet cardboard box - it is shipped in a box with the words "IMITATION DUMMY CAMERA" in large, bold letters on every side. And there it sits on your front porch all day long so that everyone can see that the security cameras you are about to install are not real. Absolutely ridiculous. I am furious. Had I known this is what I would receive, I'd have ordered different ones from a company that understands what they are selling. That way maybe neighbors and passers-by wouldn't know that "Hey, everybody! THIS DUDE'S SECURITY CAMERAS ARE FAAAAAAAAAKE!!!!" Okay, the cameras themselves seem real enough, but WHAT IS THE POINT NOW? Everyone saw a big ol' box of "IMITATION DUMMY CAMERAS" sitting on my porch today for six straight hours in broad daylight. Seriously, read the front of the box (pictured), particularly the bit about "even the cleverest criminals." It's like it's making fun of me! Unbelievable, man.

Didn't get the chance to set up, because I had to move
However it seems pretty reasonable considering that it has led lights that it uses. I had moved out of my house right before these got delivered so didn't get to actually set up & see first hand what appearance it gave to others or anything like that but did check to see how the LED lights looked while on after placing batteries inside of it, & too me it certainly could have passed for the real deal. Overall I think its a helpful product to have when necessary.

Looks and works perfect -
Even Better than I expected - the red lights are very visible at night and they look 100% realistic even up close. Don't let the low price fool you these are sturdy, easy to mount and look just like real ones. Uses just 2 aa batt I think and from my experience batt should last a year or so before you need to change them. REMEMBER WHEN YOU PUT THE BATTERIES IN YOU NEED TO GO IN A DARK ROOM TO REALLY SEE WHAT THEY WILL LOOK LIKE AT NIGHT
