I bought this for my bathroom. I have a very tiny bathroom (approximately a 5’ x 6’) - I know! TINY.With it being so small, and the house being built in the 50s, things don’t ventilate as they should.Cue the mold. There was so much mold in my bathroom and I had no idea. When I learned of the mold, I’d take the weekend and scrub it with a borax mixture. Only to have it reappear a few months later. It was awful.Not to mention, any time someone showered, water would be running/dripping down the walls for hours afterwards.This air purifier and dehumidifier combo is just amazing! I’m still so excited about it. I’ll turn the dehumidifier up to high right before I shower. When I get out, there is absolutely no steam on the mirror. That was the first thing I noticed. Once I dry off, I’ll leave and shut the door. When I come back in 15-20 minutes, there is absolutely no water on the walls. It’s amazing. I thought I was going to have to struggle with this issue indefinitely.The price is wonderful as well. Keep in mind that it’s not only a dehumidifier, but an air purifier. So, if you have mold issues too, go ahead and bite the bullet. You can thank me later.This product is so easy to use. It’s touch screen, and will let you know when it’s time to dump out the water. With my bathroom being so moisture-heavy, we empty every two days. Emptying is so easy. Just slide out the drawer (located at the back and bottom of the product), open the lid, pour it out, dry it off, and pop it back in. That’s it.Truly the best purchase I’ve made this year. I’m sighing in relief as you’re reading this.

Nice looking humidifier/air purifier. The instructions were very clear that you needed to remove the cellophaned filter from the equipment before operating. I use it in the bedroom and have no issues with noise (it's quiet). I'm usually annoyed by sounds. Currently, I keep it running 24/7 except to empty the bin. I have a larger humidifier in my living area and if there is a power outage, it automatically turns back on. This product does not automatically power back on after an outage. I wish it would.I wish that Amazon would've prompted me to purchase another filter. I ordered many items on my last order and perhaps that's why it didn't prompt me to order a replacement filter.I live in an area with a lot of humidity, so this little baby is perfect. Ordering another for a 2nd bedroom soon but want to make sure there are no issues for another 2 weeks or so before ordering it.

Working SO WELL already! Have dumped at least a cup of water from each room since being turned on 12 hours ago.I Bought three of these for around my apartment, one in each bathroom and one near my closet.Every room smells so much fresher and feels more comfortable / less cold in general. I love that they have a HEPA filter that is replaceable. I read that a lot of dehumidifiers can get mildew themselves from the running motor and the constant moisture. The HEPA filter makes me feel a lot better about this little machine over time. I am usually annoyed with noises in my house but It has a soft whir that sounds like it belongs in a baby's room.Just wish I had gotten this before I left town, with the windows shut the place gets more moisture and this will really help in the future!

Have had this for years and it's always on and still going. it pulls out so much water but the air purifier is just basic, nothing special there but it does collect dust. Overall great quality for the price

I always wait to give reviews to give things a proper chance and test out durability a little bit. I've had this for a couple of months now. This is the second dehumidifier I got for my master bathroom. The other worked great but the motor started dying after less than a year.It doesn't matter what the starting humidity is with this thing it will do absolutely nothing to reduce it.I run it during my shower and let it continue to run on high afterwards and the 78-80% starting humidity goes down to....78% after over an hour. The tiny tank only becomes full after a week and I run it 24/7 because humidity in the bathroom is always 55+%. So yeah it just does not work.The other stupid thing about this is when you take the tank out because it's full, it immediately turns on again...when there is no tank there. Given it takes forever to pull any amount of moisture from the air, this isn't a big deal, but it's still a dumb design.Also the filter cover doesn't actually snap in or anything so it's just kind of resting there.Maybe other people have had better luck but the combination of issues tells me the build quality on this is through the floor. Now to order my *third* dehumidifier.
