No side effects and it works.
its a very good product. Bonus that there are no unpleasant side effects. If anything it has helped my IBS issue. as long as you dont go overboard with what naughty foods you eat and exercise sensibly you should lose weight. I lost 3 stone in 6 months with the help of this product. Put 11 lbs back on in 2 weeks during my over indulgence on hols, so im back on these and back to the healthier lifestyle to hopefully continue where I was. Fully recommended.

Don't be scared of the size!
Don't be frightened by the size - they're big, but surprisingly easy to swallow.I've been taking the maximum 3 a day with food for a few days now, and I've already started to notice the difference. My appetite isn't as big, and whether it's psychological or not I don't know, but I really am not craving fatty foods. I've already noticed a drop in weight of just over a kg, but I do have a lot of weight to lose, so this may be why. I've not noticed much of a difference in my bowel habits, except when i did eat something with a bit of fat in, and I noticed my stools were a little greasier than normal. This just showed me that they were doing the job!I will keep using them, and see if I lose more weight. I'd recommend them though :)

I love these been taking for almost two weeks now I am disabled so always had toilet problems toke till today for me to go properly was in a lot of pain before today never been so happy first time in years having what I call a normal poo never seen anything that big come out of me as I was backed up big time so very grateful nice to be able to go and lovely not to be in any more belly pain less to add to the list of pain I am in every day thank you

Better then most
Been using these for a few days now and they seem to work they don’t give me cramps like orlistat used to do and also any one that uses orlistat knows the main side effects of you eat anything with fat in is not desirable. These tablets seem to work and are a lot easier on my digestion system. Would recommend these as a more gentle solution for people like me that find orlistat quite harsh...

Super helpful
I bought this pills for my mum because she started a diet recently and she really needs to lose some weight. So, considering the good reviews and considering that sometimes we have our “cheat” days I decided that maybe are perfect for her.I could’t take a better decision, seriously!! Those pills works perfectly, they are easy to swallow (even if they look like very big), they reduced her cravings, they didn’t give bad sides effects and most importantly they are really helping her to lose weight.Also she doesn’t have pain at all and we are really happy with this purchase. We definitely recommend them

Effective Appetite Suppressant
Pleasantly surprised by how quickly it made my stomach feel full, and how it reduced my cravings. However, my stool did not change in composition. I believe there was a lot less fat blocking going on, compared to the appetite suppression. More effective than other products I've had nonetheless.

Highly recommend
Because of my gastroparasy I can’t do draconian diet because I have painful hunger. with this capsules I do not feel any gastric pain, I am quickly satiated and it lasts widely until the next meal which avoids me any snaking and it’s burning fat in the same time! just a few days and I already feel lighter!

Does what it said on tin simples
I have bought these once before but never tried any fat binders before these but they are ok no Bloating no cramps etc I've read alot of other products reviews and thought theses sounded mildest on your Body.Lost just over a Stone 4/5weeks although that was with fat burners but again no side effects for me GOOD REGULAR NUMBERS 2's hahahah
