Effective
It is great that it is color free. Very little odor. It works perfectly for toenails. I can see results on my spouse already.

Used this in my classroom
Use this to show chemical reactions. I needed colorless for it to show a color change. This was perfect.

Nail care
To strengthen my nails, I apply the colorless iodine to nails once weekly. It seems to help strengthen nails and keep from peeling and tearing so much.Was surprised to apply one day and it appeared as if it were regular iodine. My nails turned brown. Washing my hands removed the color. I figured I must have had some other solution or soap residual remaining on my hands which acted with the iodine to make it turn brown. No subsequent problems with color change.

False Advertising! Contains Ammonia. Smells Vile
The photo in the Amazon listing shows the ingredients on the label without ammonia. The bottle I received lists and contains ammonia. When I opened the bottle I could smell the strong fumes. I would not put this on my skin.

Decolorized iodine
Iodine is ok bottles are so thin that they crack and leak when unscrewing the caps. Was able to save liquid in other bottles that I had.

I bought this because it didn't show ammonia as an ingredient. It has AMMONIA! Very upset 😡

Arrived leaking in box
When I opened box I could smell the iodine and the bottle felt wet.
