Health insurance
I used this book for one of my medical billing/coding courses and I thought this book was full of information. I enjoyed reading about the processes, procedures, terminologies and key terms used, as well as the types of health insurance available and the rules and regulations behind each one and what they offer, how they compare and contrast to one another.

Software and study guide info
it would have been more helpful to have the internet software available to student in real size not in 45%; hard to turn in case studies for finals. Very disappointing that a student needs to be in classroom setting to do the case studies at 100% full screen to print out. This is a major flaw in the software and in a student investment for a workbook.

Not so clean
The seller grossly exaggerated the condition of this book. He mentioned that only a couple of pages had writing on them, but actually all or most of the multiple-choice questions were filled in. That is about 20 pages. How can he confuse 20 with a couple I just don't know. The rest of the book was clean and it did come with an un-opened CD which is the good thing.

Good Resource for Starters
This workbook is a great supplement to the main textbook. It gives the student good practice problems and realistic scenarios that reinforce learning. In addition, it gives great tips on how to land work in the industry for those just starting out.
