I am doing pt on a broken elbow and this is a big help. Easy to grip and control in movements

The rubbery outside material keeps it from slipping out of your hands or however you are holding it, and the weight seems to be accurate (I bought a 3lb weight), to be perfect for my exercise. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for its durability but think it will last at least a year using it daily.

I was looking for a larger version of this ball. It was hard to determine the sizes from the product description. It would be nice to show a person holding the different sizes for scale. This is a high-quality product and I’ll get use from it, but I need to buy another one to get the size I want.

Easy to hold and use. I have a few exercise DVDs that use weighted balls and these work very well.

I expected this one to be smaller in the hand. Disappointed but acceptable

I have arthritis in my hands to using these balls really helps the pain. Also great to roll out knots in your neck & shoulders. Wonderful product without paying for a message to do the same thing.

Il colore non è conforme all’immagine, Una porcheria!

I attended a Barre class and the instructor used these balls for toning and a great workout. I purchased these for home use and they are great. It order to strengthen my hamstrings, I just place it behind my knee in a lift/hold. It works well.

I received 2 of these. They are not the same. One is soft and the other is hard. I believe they are supposed to be equal size and feel. They are not.

This is a great quality product, very happy with my purchase. So much better than holding regular weights!
