Can i use primer on aircraft modles and other acrylic paints ?

Wash model first make sure dry then spray with primer. Primer is acrylic based so can use paints over it.

I don't know, not having tested it. I've been using it for painting 3D resin printed models. Where not painted with a final acrylic coat, I've always applied a clear plasticoat spray. It's a primer, not a final finish, so best guess would be no.

Can this be used as a base coat for white models?

Indeed it can. This is a primer and colour in one spray.
