….real tasty and chewy…slightly sweet but with hardly any garlicky smell…would go well in salads, or spread on crackers , or just all alone…the many health benefits of this fermented food are tremendous…the texture and flavour are not what you’d expect…and a few minutes later you are easily kiss worthy…

Delicious taste like homemade
Absolutely wonderful I always made my own black garlic in my pressure cooker. My house would smell intensely of garlic and it would take weeks.Now I only have to buy it . Good quality and taste. I highly recommend it. Time saver

This conveniently comes in a two pack. I keep one at my office desk and the other in the pantry at home. I can not get enough of black garlic. Years I've been eating this. It's like candy. Sweet, savory.I'm writing this review bc I'm ordering more. I now realize I need a subscription.
