Work as expected in the old Ryobi flashlight
It is a very good bulb for an old flashlight. Is it as good as new powerful LED flashlights? No. But that's not the point. It does the job to bring old flashlight back to life with decent light output and magnitude longer run time. Some people complain about the shape of the bulb and how is sticking out so reflector is not being used. Well, it is LED bulb. It does not shine to all directions like a filament. It is flat and shines forward only. It is unfair to expect more. Also, if it does not work for you, it will be likely because springs used to seat the bulb are old and pressed too much in the flashlight and when you screw the reflector back on, it does not push the bulb far enough to make contact. Try to pull the strings out a bit, that did the trick for me.I'm happy with the purchase and my newly restored flashlights.

No good
I put one LED bulb in a 2-D cell Maglite, and the bulb barely flickered when the switch was pressed. I removed this bulb and put it in a military anglehead 2-D cell flashlight, and got the same flickering when the switch was slid. OK, could be a bad bulb. The second LED bulb did the same thing. I reinstalled the incandescent bulbs into the lights, and both worked fine. One bad LED bulb, yeah, that can happen, but both bulbs bad? Could be a bad batch, or junk bulbs. They are being returned.

Works as replacements for 5 cell Mag-Lite and 18 volt Hitachi
I just received my order of "18V 6-24V Led Conversion Kit Upgrade Replacement Bulbs for Flashlight Ryobi Milwaukee Craftsman Lamp DC 2PACK" and immediately tired one in a Hitachi 19 Volt flashlight to replace its original incandescent bulb. Works great! I put the second LED into a 5 D-cell Mag-Lite and it work great there as well with full focus control and no blind spots. I also tried one in a 3 D-Cell Mag-Lite (which is only 4.5 volts, well below the 6 volts needed for the LED) and it did not work there (I just had to try). These lamps exceeded my expectations. I will update after I use them for a while if there is any change in my opinion.

So Far So Good!
Wish I had known about these a long, long time ago verses the traditional bulbs I have been buying for years for my 2 Craftsman 19.2 volt work lights I have used for so long I cannot remember how long. Every time the light dropped, there went the dang bulb. I was at my local Ace Hardware when a fellow customer snagged me and made me aware of these bulbs. I went ahead and paid the almost $14.00 for 2 more of the traditional bulbs. Went home and found these. Ordered them, got them, installed them and said WOW!

Great Replacement Bulbs for Ryobi One+ P704 Flash Light
I have recently took advantage of the Home Depot discount on selected Ryobi tool bundle. The bundle came with a One+ P704 flash light, unfortunately the flash light uses the old style bulb which is quite dim to my liking. I looked at several reviews on Amazon before settling on these LED light bulbs. After replacing the bulb , I am really glad I made the purchase . These light bulbs produce much bright white light and the 3 watts rating doesn't hurt either. Enjoy !!

Bright Conversion
These fit my Craftsman 19.2 volt flashlight perfect. Nice bright white light. Should be long lasting, efficient and durable. Of the first two pack, one was dead, other was dim. Amazon replaced promptly.

bright but doest work well with conventional flash light
it is a bright led not sure how long its going to last. If you use it to replace a conventional light bulb, because of the light source is at the top tip only and it does diffuse/spread, so the light reflection is not like the bulb. The light is more like a spot light, concentrated in the center.

For 6V and up
I saw a review that said someone used it in a 3D cell Maglight. That doesn't work for me. I have a two Maglights--one 4-D cell and one 3-D cell. Batteries are 1.5 V and 3 makes 4.5 V. So, it works exactly as advertised in a 6V Maglight, but only flickers in a 4.5 volt light. My bad for not paying attention to that.If you have a light from 6V to 24V, these are great.
