Since I am on a blood thinner a friend insisted I purchase and carry a kit like this just in case I have an accident and get bruised. Has everything for an emergency. Don't need to add anything.

I picked this up for my son to include in his camp pack for scouts as his first aid kid. Very good complete with what he needed.

It's a great little first aid kit for a car all it needed was some Tylenol and allergy meds thrown in with it for a perfect glove box fit.

For the price, the American Red Cross 9165-RC First Kit is underwhelming. I should have checked the contents more carefully before purchasing. The 73 items appear to be mostly band aids and some ointment. I purchased this for a church, which infrequently (as in very) suffers from small cuts. Fortunately, I bring separate supplies to address serious illnesses that occur, to include the use of CPR. I will be more careful the next time I purchase a first aid kit.
