This company is the best. The first clock I received didn't work so I called the 800 number and talked to a REAL person! They sent me a replacement with expedited shipping and worked like a charm. What a nice surprise. Kudos to their company!!

This clock was bought for our church so it could be read easily all the way down the hall, or up close by people with vision impairment.It works very well, and I'm happy to not need to change it for EST/DST. I had some difficulty initially getting it set properly, but the gentleman answering the help line appeared to be the owner. He was very knowledgeable, and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We have had the clock for a couple of years and would purchase again.

I have 3 wall clocks at work and this one gives me the most trouble during DST. 4 times a year I have issues because it thinks the old schedule applies still so i messes up on the old schedule and then I have to remember to adjust it on the real days it changes and it still doesn't work. I have to manually adjust the time by long-pressing the button and fixing the time. It's never atomically correct.

And was delivered in 2 days!

Seems to work well, and easy to see. However, two failures common in this type of clock:1. Skimpy, hard-to-read instructions.a. Tiny font (that was probably on sale because lawyers thought it was too small for them.)b. Instructions failed to explain how the DST switch works - does it need to be switched ON when Daylight Savings time arrives and then switched OFF when you return to standard time OR do you switch it ON permanantly if your area uses Daylight Savings Time?c. Instructions also fail to explain what to do when battery runs out. Do you need to push the reset button again and if so, when? Immediately after inserting the new battery, or only after the clock stops at 12?2. Back panel difficult to read.Purchased clock because low vision. Needed easy to read clock. Serves that purpose well, however the black pack panel is very difficult to read and the tiny buttons and switches make the problem worse. Perhaps the rwenty-year-olds who made this clock can read it, but we 80-year-olds have to get the aid of a teenager to help us see and deal with the black panel. (note: no magnifying glass was provided).

It was simple to set up and keeps time well. Some people complain of difficulty setting it up. The setup is not obvious unless you use the instructions, but the instructions are easy to follow. The "atomic" (really radio) time setting function is really only useful if the clock is located in a location that allows it to pick up a weak radio signal (exterior wall, not metal or too thick). Then you need patience for the clock to pick up the signal to set itself.

So I put this in are living room as you can see I put it above the calendar and it works really good there it's a really nice clock! Good looking and it sets itself to the right time the longest it takes to find it's signal at the most about 5 minutes or so so worth the money!!
