My nails were peeling off daily. I had a few splits too and frequent breaking. I’ve not used the product for long but already my nails are glowing. I follow up with the OPI nail envy. For a week I kept nails bare to just apply the nail cream or oil twice a day. Now I put it on before the OPI nail varnish and I re-do every third day.I no longer feel embarrassed about my nails. They are also growing nicely.The file is so gentle it makes filing and shaping enjoyable. It’s expensive for such a small amount of the nail cream but it definitely works and fast so I think it is worth it for now.

I Really like the buffer - especially the fact that you can replace the buffing strips. I haven't had it long enough to know how long they last. Nails look good after just one treatment although I have 1 nail with bad ridges that will t a few more goes but I don't want to damage the nail by being too harsh. Cuticle cream seems good too.I'm not to keen on the nail file (although that wasn't why I bought the kit) as it is quite course - I did a quick sweep over my nails and I left a few raggedy bits. But I think it would be good if you were having to file your nails down. Overall I would recommend.

I mainly wanted the buffer, but bought this set as the cost of the buffer and cuticle cream together was virtually the same price as the set which also includes replacement buffer pads and a nail file. The buffer is brilliant! My nails are damaged from many years of wearing acrylics, and despite not wearing them now for some 4+ years they haven't fully recovered. My nails are heavily ridged and have splits along the some of the ridge lines. They are also very dry and dull. I have used other cheaper buffers in the past from time-to-time and whilst they work to a point, none are anywhere near as effective as this Onsen buffer, which is 100% better. I used the buffer for the first time yesterday and today my nails are still super smooth and shiny and look so much healthier. I appreciate my nails aren't 'cured' as such and will likely need ongoing buffing etc., but that's fine and a price I'm willing to pay. I am very impressed with the buffer and highly recommend it for nails like mine. Even if your nails are OK the buffer is worth buying just for using the shinning side! As for the cuticle cream, although my cuticles are fine, I've rubbed it into my nails as the cream says it nourishes the nail if used regularly - I'll have to wait and see on that. The cream is light, non-greasy and pretty much disappears once rubbed it, and is pleasant to use. So, overall I highly recommend this set, especially the buffer. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it works very well!

I don’t review a lot of stuff but I bought this fully expecting to be disappointed and from the first use, this buffer has knocked my socks off. I don’t know about the cream yet but this is for sure the best nail buffer I have tried in years (and there have been MANY). The level of shine was brilliant in every sense of the word and, in my opinion, was worth every penny. I’ll be putting this product on subscription. Along side Nails Inc’s gel rehab and seche vite’s quick drying top coat, this product is an essential in my natural nail kit.

I hate doing my nails and on rare occasions when I paint them it ends up chipped within a minute.This is great. Low maintainable, quick and end results look really good. A year on I'm still using the original buffer and not needed to use the included replacements yet. Serum is rich and smells nice

Staff seems to work, but falsely advertised as Japanese. Cream is made in USA with water from Japanese mineral water from Onsen spring. The file and buffer are not normal full size but small and called ‘travel’ size. The instructions on the packet and paper leaflet are excessive, different and confusing. The buffer must be kept in a case as when put on a shiny surface it will stick to the surface. That what happened to me when I put mine on a shelf which nearly ruined the shelf and damaged the buffer surface itself. Overpriced in my opinion. So there is a lot of scope for improvement of the content, price and instructions of use.
