Broke at the very first use. I was picking up some dry leafs and one scoop broke completely, and the other one cracked. I could somewhat understand I was picking g up a huge pile of heavy wet leafs, but this is simply ridiculous.

Actually 0 stars, but unfortunately you have to enter something! These are junk! Today was the first time I used them...filled one bag, thought, "pretty cool, they worked well, filled a bag quickly". They were uncomfortable, rubbed my wrists, but figured they aren't gloves, they aren't made to fit your hands. Started the 2nd bag, went to scoop up a hand full and it broke/snapped/crumbled in my hand!Unfortunately the Return Period has expired with Amazon... maybe the MFG/vendor will take them back.Update, Amazon made good on the return, agreed to take them back. Thanks Amazon!

One of the handles/grips cracked on the first attempt to scoop about 1/2 pound of clippings. This item is junk. Do not waste your money !!! Wish I could go lower than 1 star. !!!

We use this product for scooping leaves. It is far, far better than those sissy little leaf scoops. When my kids were little, if they were assigned to clean up leaves they'd wander around looking for the Klaws and grumbling how they sure weren't going to pick up many leaves without the Klaws. We had two sets. When my son got married, part of his dowry was 50% of the family Klaws. Then things got bad. We'd had our Klaws for a long time (like 20 years), and although they were cracking and wearing out, we couldn't find replacements (only sissy little scoops) on the whole big internet. Seriously, we were repairing our Klaws with duct tape and JB Weld. It was a desperate scene. Last week I was thrilled to find Klaws for sale again. We bought three pair. Quick, everyone, buy yourself some Klaws before they're all sold out.

These scoopers sped up leaf pickup for me about 3 times faster than by hand and keep your hands clean. They more than doubled my hand width and extend reach significantly. Great for packing leaves into a bucket and keeping hands clean. I like the curved end on these versus others that don't have it. My only complaint us the plastic grip handle seems fragile and weak. If it was stronger I would give these 5 stars. Great design. Update: Lowered to 2 stars after seeing a crack in the plastic handle area. If these were aluminum or metal they would be perfect. So it's due to cheap plastic I am lowering to 2 stars. They still work but are fragile.

These things are the best thing since white bread! I have huge oak trees in my front yard...a week ago it took 3 hours to clean up the leaves and acorns. This week there was twice as many leaves and acorns to clean up. My husband used these and instead of taking 3+ hours, he had the whole front yard cleaned up and bagged in about 45 minutes! You can't beat that! He says they work awesome and are quite comfortable to use, and his fingers didn't get sore from trying to pick up the small stuff. Very well constructed... a must have if you have trees! I highly recommend! :)

As expected, these scoops make the job of picking up yard waste much easier and more productive. I'm able to gather and lift large amounts of leaves or grass. One bonus is that they are long enough to allow reaching the ground with much less stooping and bending. My back is grateful. Some have complained that they can break. I have found them to be appropriately sturdy. They are long enough that there is enough leverage to put a lot of strain on them, so I can see how they could be broken, but since leaves and such are lightweight, it's not necessary to bear down on them to lift the debris. I think if used appropriately they will last a long time.

I can provide a better review after I have actually used them in 2019 Oct/Nov. But I believe these will be really great in cutting down the time of cleaning up the mess leaves will create when they begin to fall between Halloween & Thanksgiving, that's when our part of California starts to get cold & getting rain, causing leaves to fall. With all the mess of rain & leaves creates, at least my hands won't be cold for as long or as messy!
