Delivery was on time, shipped in a very secure crate. I was called the day before to arrange a delivery time. Installed furnace with a new digital thermostat & it performed great. The motor is very quiet & is working fine in 2 bdrm 1 ba home!!! Very easy to install, instruction manual was accurate.
