It wasrequired as part of my course. It is really helpful and lots of information that help you to design a course.

Instructor guide that works
This very basic guide is perfect for an instructor, such as myself, in the process of developing a hybrid course for the first time. The subject matter is well organized, presented from a student centric viewpoint, and clearly written. This is a solid introductory "how to" primer.
