Feng Shui Natural Citrine Crystal Sphere Ball 2" +Stand and One Free Red String Bracelet Y1386

This is NOT citrine. This is very clearly honey calcite. I bought this thinking it was citrine so I do feel duped and won't buy from this company again, but it's still a good price for a honey calcite sphere so I can live with it.

Slightly disappointed with the color. Mine is VERY pale while I was hoping for a deeper yellow as pictured. I understand that this is a natural product and color will vary, but maybe they should have advertised with several pictures to show the range of colors...

Love the size feel real

This is what I received (see photo) an otherwise beautiful (and as described 2" Citrine ball) but with an deep ugly cut in it. (a scar) Obviously I was sent a returned and damaged item. It's also obvious, and doesn't take a genius to figure out somebody made this cut when opening the package, because it was very, very tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. But that person was not me!! I don't know which part is the most offensive, the fact that it was someones returned item or it was damaged and simply sent out to me anyway..... Grr! Grr!. Obviously the thinking is that if they kept doing this, eventually someone will just "keep it". We all know the process to return things is time consuming at this busy time of year. Anyway, with "that" thought, they've found their "I'll keep it person". Well done! As I *am keeping it. Why? because I simply have to. (even against my better judgement) The ball is going to be a part of a Christmas ornament (a cast figurine that's been made) and due to time restraints I will have to use it "as is". The ball was to be the center of focus but that'll have to be changed now to cover this mess. So as you may tell this all leaves a nasty feeling about this purchase. I say that mainly, because nobody could actually wrap this ball in bubble wrap (in good faith) and not see this ugly cut they were wrapping inside of it, but they sent it out to a customer nevertheless. That is not ever going to be an acceptable way to do business. This wasn't damaged in transit. It was a damaged item that was wrapped and shipped out. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has left a real sour taste on what should have been a really nice purchase. The Citrine ball otherwise is fine, it has some more normal surface scratches, and it has roughness and grooves (from when it was made). Those marks are within expected ranges. (its not smooth is what I'm saying) See for yourself the damage on the product they sent me (I'll post a picture).... you all can judge. Would you be happy? ... No more purchases from this seller for me.

This is Golden Healer quartz or honey calcite. Still nice and a good price. But labeled wrong.

I bought this to have something to hold onto in my dead left hand (I fell in the stairs and severly damaged the nerves). I go on long walks and let this ball soak in pure sunlight, and it's fun to fidget and to focus thoughts. Otherwise I can't tell for sure it's made of real citrine, it looks great when it sits there on the little stand.

Love this citrine ball. Was exactly what I wanted.
