Had a problem that was resolved very quickly by the Anker Support Team.
Overall, a nice unit that met expectations - mostly. Had a problem a few months post purchase where it wouldn't accept a charge. AC adapter checked out okay so the issue had to be internal. I contacted Anker for warranty service and in a week's time from my first email contact the failed pack was returned and a brand new PowerCore AC was delivered. I was even sent a USPS call tag for a free return of the failed pack. This superior level of service was really great and much appreciated. Thanks, Shelly! You have earned a long term customer.

It works
The media could not be loaded. Updated: I ran out of time to return the first unit. Bought a second one as a gift, and the recipient says it still works. I decided to purchase another one since the gifted one still works. Well, I'm uploading a video to show what the problem is. The battery LEDs show a full charge, but when I turn on the battery, it doesn't power anything in any of the outlets. It's just totally unusable. Charged but doesn't work. I'm definitely returning this one.Which is cool! The problem is that it drains incredibly fast! I'm recharging it now to actually time it, but all I plugged into it was an Android tablet. The battery was drained within 30 minutes. If it's just an anomaly, I'll change the review, if it drains quickly again, I'm returning it.

Power? POWER? POWAHHHHHHHHHH? I would say YES!
FINALLY Anker is getting into the 120V AC output battery pack game. I have waited and waited and it is finally here. I do a lot of camping and traveling and ginormous batteries with USB 5V out are nice... but they don't wet the insatiable desire of 120V AC. It's what plants... no wait... air mattresses CRAVE!My comments surrounding the USB ports can be summed up in a sense of "Duh of course they work" They use Anker's tried and true PowerIQ tech where they will dynamically change pin resistance to power iPads, iPhones, Androids etc. at the full charge rate. I won't bore you with the details but they perform flawlessly for numerous devices I tested them on, zero issues. On the the MAIN EVENT: Those gorgeous neutral and hot prongs that provide all the AC goodness to my 120V devices. I mainly bought this for camping as I usually need to lug around a 20 pound lead acid battery powered jump starter with a cigarette lighter output, and a power inverter to blow up my air mattress. The power inverter has a high idle power draw due to the fan and seemingly inefficient components inside. Anker has came through with almost zero power draw with the inverter ON with zero output. I left the inverter on for 7 days with nothing plugged in, checked the charge meter and it was full. The reason this matters, is that my air mattress has a small pump that periodically turns on in the night to refill the mattress. With my old jump starter plus inverter setup I ran the risk of the fan draining my lead acid battery and killing it forever. With the Anker unit there is next to zero idle power draw and I can keep my mattress plugged in all night and pull BARELY a single bar of charge. If something crazy happens and my mattress run the pack dead, protection kicks in and the battery turns on with zero harm to the lithium cells.HEAVY USAGE: My laptop can draw near 80 watts under full load and The Powercore AC handled it with no sweat (literally?) The unit dies after a bit over an hour but was barely warm to the touch. 80W is no load to sneeze at and Anker has seemingly packed some pretty efficient components into the body. The physical size is fairly large for a battery bank but it appears to be for cooling. A+ to Anker as low temps usually lead to long life. Capacity so far has been amazing in the AC and DC realm. As a caution remember that almost all of the battery packs with AC outputs output a MODIFIED SINE WAVE. If you have extremely sensitive equipment or medical equipment I would recommend you talk to the manufacturer for advice but that's the game we are playing with these ULTRA compact inverters. There just isn't room, or need for a true sine wave conversion as it works for 99.9% of uses.Overall this battery pack fit every need I had. Mattress:perfect, Laptop:perfect, charging anything USB related:perfect.Charging: This battery pack can ONLY CHARGE VIA A WALL OUTLET VIA A WALL WART. It charges very fast at 17.6V at 2.2A or ~38 watts but sometimes during global travel I would want to charge this overnight via normal USB so I have one less adapter to carry. 1 possible improvement to recommend to Anker in the future is to allow for USB charging. It may be slow, but when I am sleeping I have plenty of time.Overall this is an AMAZING first entry into the AC game for Anker. Amazing build quality, fantastic carrying case and extremely fast charging. 11/10 with rice.

Faulty Product - AC Outlet Failed on First Use
Nothing about this product is how it was advertised. The battery fails to hold an adequate charge after only 3 months of light use. It will charge up an iPhone 6 once before the battery is exhausted. The first time that I needed to use the AC outlet, it completely drained the battery after 1 minute. Now it fails to recharge with the provided power supply. Now it's too late to return the product and I'm at the mercy of AnkerDirect to remedy the situation.

Amazing at first, but has stopped working.
I purchased this unit last year, and although the price was fairly steep at the time, it came with a coupon to knock a little of the price off, and I had a gift card at the time so I took a leap of faith and decided to buy it.The first two months in were GOLDEN. The device ran as it was advertised, and charged my phones with much quickness. The AC port worked very well when charging my Surface Pro 4 on the go. I was very impressed.Pros:- quickly charges all phones/USB-powered devices- added AC port worked well with Surface Pro- quickly recharges itself with AC cableCons:- it's pretty bulky, and the case adds to the bulk.- power cable seems much longer than it needs to be, adding to the bulk- stopped working in less than a year (see below)I went through a brief patch where I didn't need to use the charger as much, so I placed it back in its case for whenever I'd need it again. I came back to the device, only to realize that it stopped working (although the four LED lights on top of it still flashed as if it was fully charged when I plugged it in to charge). I've looked at other reviews and tried every trick imaginable to try and resolve this issue and come up with nothing. I'm now pretty disappointed since this device cost a decent amount even with a coupon and it has stopped working in less than a year.
