Great book for students who want to get a degree abroad
This book goes way beyond study abroad. It helps people figure out how to move and get a degree abroad. The author has a great fresh writing style and lots of knowledge and experience in her pursuit of both her Master's and Doctorate degrees. I highly recommend this book for students and even future expats who would like to get a better sense of all that is involved in moving to another country and going to school. The author does a great job of walking readers through the process and mentally preparing them for the transition.

A must have for HS college and career centers
This has all the background to going to college abroad and now I will be telling my families I consult with to read it along with books that address doing college outside the USA.

Useful as a starting point when evaluating college in Europe
This is a very helpful overview for any teenager and their family who is considering college overseas in Europe. There's a lot of good information about points that need to be considered as that idea is evaluated. The info is fairly high level because it spans multiple countries so it isn't sufficient if you have already narrowed in on a certain country, as we have, so we will need to find another resource specific to England. A good starter point, though.

Best Book on International College Preparation
This is by far the best book that I have read concerning what to know if considering attending college abroad. It is a must read for the student that is contemplating this adventure. It covers everything you would need to know to prepare yourself for the oversea's experience. It covers everything from personal considerations, to financing, to the application process, to the college selection process and much more!! This book should be high on the list of reading materials for parents and students alike to understand the in's and out's of the international college experience. Once again, I highly recommend this book!!

Get really into the culture!
A great book on the generalized aspects of studying in a foreign country. Good on the ground advice!!

By far the most informational and enlightened book on this subject
Wonderfully written by a talented author with a fresh perspective. The author provides insight from first hand experiences and is not only helpful but entertaining as well. It is a well written guide that reads like an exciting novel. A must have for anyone thinking about getting an education overseas, traveling abroad, or just wants a great read with great advice.
