I have a few glass pieces that I thought would benefit from some form of lighting. The obvious answer is to back light them with some form of lighting but this might require wiring it in with the cost of an electrician required if you can’t do it yourself and is not always practical. I had a look around and chanced upon this. It can be charged by a USB cable or three batteries. I plonked for the batteries and was surprised how effective this was. It depends on the glass piece how effective it lights it. The Whitefriars’ vase shown worked very well and almost works as a low level lamp. It certainly exceeded my expectations and I can recommend for any art glass lovers.

Item appeared lovely when it first arrived, well packaged and very bright. I used it with the supplied cable however within less than an hour 13 of the led lights had already gone off. I’ve returned the item for a refund but I’m disappointed as when working properly it was perfect

Really adds to the glass photo I ordered, it’s a must have for the etched crystal products.

Bought three of these in February 2020. As I write this, in mid July 2020, all three have failed, about 2 weeks ago. While they were working they looked good, shame it didn’t last.
