I love this brand and this is my 2nd pair however these are not holding up like the 1st pair did. I’ve wore these less then a month and the back has a rip. This should not happen for the price I paid for these shoes. Very disappointed.

After wearing a few times, these are absolutely destroying the back of my heels--they come up really high and rub. I tried adding those stick-on moleskin pads to the back, but that can't change the height, so it hasn't helped. And I definitely could not fit into a size smaller, they're a little snug in the toes as it is.Which is really unfortunate, because these shoes have the best arch support I've found in a ballet flat! I have problems with my tendons and generally wear orthotics, but it's difficult to fit them into flats. These have just as much support.Another complaint is that the lining is kind of thick and too warm. Leather is usually a plus because it's more breathable, but the lining counteracts that, so my feet sweat. They look good barefoot but you really need socks or foot powder.

I was a little worried these would not be authentic Vionic shoes, but made sure the store they were sent from had good reviews and appeared legit. I have plantar fasciitis and have to buy specific shoes now, Vionic being one of the brands my podiatrist recommended. I obviously wouldn't wear them to work, but for a few hours at a specific event is perfect.

These are the 4th pair of Vionics I've purchased from Amazon. It was clear the second I opened the box that these shoes had been "returned," but I hoped it was for fit. The shoes fit me perfectly! I wore them to work the next day. About 3 hours in, BOTH shoes were squeaking when I walked. I removed the insert, and each shoe had 2 puncture marks in the heel. New shoes don't have puncture marks, I know this because I have THREE other pairs. I had to wear them the rest of the day, one can't go around in stocking feet at the office, so clearly I can't return them. $119.00 for shoes that are damaged, were clearly returned and sent to me, the unsuspecting buyer. Do yourself a favor and buy Vionics from the Vionic Website.

I have 4 pair of Vionic shoes and I love them!! That being said, this last pair that I purchased in October are horrible. They are falling apart! I just don't understand as my last three pair are great. I spent $120.00 on these shoes and they should NOT be like this. I would love to get my money back or at least get another pair. Is that possible?

I really wanted these shoes to work as I own several different pairs of great Vionics. Sadly, these were not comfortable and I had to return. Very disappointed as I'm having more foot issues the older I get, and I need a good pair of black heels. The style of these Mary Jane kitten heels was exactly what I've been looking for. It is a great looking shoe, but the problem is the arch support is relatively non-existent. The hard plastic arch of the shoe is not made under the arch where it should be, but rather more on the inside of the shoe where is rubs against the SIDE of my arch; very strange. The pointed toe is a little uncomfortable as well. I do not mind paying good money for quality comfortable shoes, however I knew I would not be able to ever wear these.

5 Stars because these are high-quality flats with amazing arch support. I am in my 20s and have had plantar fasciitis since I was 11. It is on my right foot and crops up as burning in the middle of the bottom of my foot after a long day of walking/standing without good support. My podiatrist told me that I can either get shoes with support or plan for pain and foot surgery. I ordered a 7.5W as that is my "true" foot size. I find that they are comfortable out of the box (I don't experience the heel rubbing that other reviewers have) but after a bit of stretching, they are a smidge big, almost to the point where I could step out of them too easily. I may try a 7W if I decide to order a 3rd color. They are pricey but you are getting a legitimate orthotic that is worth about $30-$40 if you were to buy that separately. And trying to fit an orthotic into a flat? Good luck! This is the best of both worlds. I am so happy I found Vionic.

These are the most comfortable ballet flat I own. I have two issues with my feet--wide and have plantar fasciitis. These shoes also come in a wide width so I had to buy. One of the shoes was. a little tight so I used a shoe stretcher for about 10 mins and it helped. The interior is comfy and come with a slight arch support. Being I have plantar fasciitis that helps a lot. These shoes stretched a little bit as most shoes do and they are rubber soled so they are not as light as let's say a leather soled ballet flat--they slip on my feet as I walk up stairs. I will have to add some of the non slip pieces to add to the ankle area. The toe bed is rounded and not pointy so that helps with comfort. I think they are cute. I wear birkenstock's in the summer so you can see my tan lines in my photo. :)They seem to be comfy from the moment I put them on my feet. I am not on my feet all day so I cannot speak for length of wearing. The website says "For the greatest comfort, we recommend wearing your new Vionic footwear for just a few hours for the first few days to allow your feet to adjust to the new level of orthotic comfort and support.Within one to two weeks you should find the product completely comfortable and supportive." They are cute and a nice shoe--they don't look cheap. Cute enough to wear when you meet a friend for coffee and sophisticated enough to wear to an office environment with slacks. I recommend. I might buy a couple more pair in different colors.

Way to stiff and very narrow, love their flip-flops and trainers , shoes not so much😒
