Got this to clean car seats that hadn't been deep cleaned in 10+ years. Was looking for an effective water-based, non-profit & biodegradable product. Compared Aero Cosmetics Leather Soap and Carfidant Ultimate Leather Cleaner side-by-side - both had great reviews. I wanted to love both products. While both worked, Carfidant foamed more and picked up more dirt with each pass (still had to repeat steps many times before no more dirt appeared when wiped). Even my car dealer techs were impressed with the results! Also, this needed a damp towel to wipe and then dry towel to dry, while Carfidant's only needed towel to dry - not a big deal if the results were better, but I appreciate one less step. On the positive side, per Aero Cosmetics, this product can also be used to clean vinyl.

I bought this brand because I have been using their waterless car wash, which is also a wonderful product. This leather cleaner is extremely good if used exactly as directed on the instructions. It will clean years of dirt from your leather or vinyl seats. After cleaning, I prefer to use the Aero Cosmetics 'Leather Care' conditioner product to protect the leather going forward. I look forward to trying some of their other auto care products as well.

This is a great product! It is non-hazardous and water based so it is safe for you and your car. What I really liked about it was how it removed the sticky film off my 2003 Mustang steering wheel airbag cover. This is a very common problem on Fords, Chevys and Dodges. With age the vinyl becomes sticky to the touch on the airbag covers. It took several applications and some scrubbing with a soft cloth but now no more sticky residue! Being water based this is the safe product to use. Don’t use harsh cleaners on the vinyl it my stain or melt it!

It took three cleanings to get all those years of grime off of the seats in my 2004 Odyssey but they look practically new again. This is the first product that I have used that cleaned the leather like it should. When I was finished cleaning my seat I applied the Aero Cosmetics Leather Care and it really brought back the luxurious feel of the leather. Now I have to get busy cleaning everything else on the van!
