Very happy with the quality of the units but even happier with the wonderful customer service. One item arrived a little off center so it didn't work properly and the manufacturer immediately sent me a new one! Don't find that service all the time.

Would've given 5 stars but 1 of these did not function properly so I couldn't use it. They were cheap enough I didn't ask for an exchange mainly bc I already had 2/3 installed. The overall look of these is beautiful the ones that do work work great. I would recommend buy also suggest testing them out before installing

I like the look and feel, however I could not for the life of me get the handles to come off to use on a door that swings a different way. Finally - after 2 years - had my handy man work the problem. He found when he installed the door hardware and then tried to remove the handles to switch - he could get the handles to come off. No easily, but they were workable. Glad to have door hardware now after 2 years of none!

Fits doors and locks just as expected. Feels solid and of high quality. I truly like the ease of installation. Eventually replaced all 17 door handles. Having the locks that uses a key makes using the Kwikset Smartkey Security very cool. It saves me lots of cash not paying a locksmith to re-key the new locks.

I bought these to replace old handles in my house. They look great and work decent. They were quite easy to install. The only issue I had was that I had to drill a larger hole for the latch unit. My old ones were smaller and the new ones would not fit (see photo for size comparison). I am moderately handy and it only took me about 5 minutes to replace each handle. Only a couple were stiff with movement but eased up with use. The only complaint I have about is that none of these handles lock. I was under the impression that they were normal locking handles but they are not. Even a key/pick was included to unlock each handle. Obviously, there was an error somewhere. Other than that, I would recommend if you are looking for good, bronze door handles that don't lock.

Love these door levers! So very easy to install. Great quality. We changed the door hardware on my daughters home to get it ready to put on the market so we chose an inexpensive lock. These locks made such a huge difference in how the house looked that we decided to put new door hardware in their new house. We used the same locks because regardless of the fact that they were the least expensive handle we could find we love the quality and ease of installation and they look beautiful. Once the old hardware is off the door these honestly can be installed in about two minutes or less. So easy to change the lever orientation as well.. Surprisingly good quality for a very reasonable price

Replaced all 12 interior doors with these lever door knobs, both passage and privacy. They look and feel expensive. Very sturdy. Only took a couple of minutes to install per door. Super easy to pop off the handles with the included key and swap with the other side so that all of the levers are curved the same way. At first I just flipped the whole thing over depending on whether I needed right or left, until someone pointed out I could switch the handles to make them all match. Duh. Can't recommend these enough. Made my cheap contractor quality doors look amazing added with a shiny coat of paint.
